Anchorage Mayor Dave Bronson defeated RADICAL leftist Forest Dunbar in 2021 by only 1.3%. Bronson was able to ride on his no-lockdown and no-mask-mandate position during Covid. [Afterward, Anchorage Assembly masked citizens again anyway, taking away mayoral powers that RADICAL leftist Mayor Quinn-Davidson had, and also Mayor Berkowitz.]

All of what’s shown below has happened since, which will be weaponized against Dave in ad after ad.

On top of that, the liberal press has continually blamed Dave only for the homeless problem and deaths, and many residents are upset with Dave’s headship of the snow removal street issues.

Nonetheless, Dave is still running, which seems to me will guarantee a leftist winning in 2024. Dave needs to do the right thing, please.

Key articles below tell the Amy/Dave story.

THE MAIN PROBLEM & MAIN SOLUTION

NOTE: both Amy and Dave are openly Baptists. The Apostle Paul says “Christians” are not supposed to sue Christians in secular courts (1 Cor. 6:1-8). The main problem in America is a lack of REAL Christianity. The main solution is REAL Christianity, which can start in Anchorage — Jesus’ prayer fulfilled in John 17 and His clearly stated goal in Ephesians 4:11-16!

Rand Paul in 2013: America Needs a Spiritual Revival — “Don’t look toward your politicians for all the answers. Look to your spiritual leaders. This country needs a revival and a cultural reformation, but it’s not going to come from government or a law”

I’ve been again offering $6,000 to anyone who can refute MY ARTICLE, THE MAIN KEY to real Christianity happening in Anchorage — us being ONE with each other in Christ “that the world will know!” (Jesus in John 17):

Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way | Who are the Children of God? — “There is therefore now *no condemnation* to those who are IN CHRIST Jesus, who don’t WALK according to the flesh, but ACCORDING TO THE SPIRIT”

THE ONLY WAY I see Mayor Bronson retaining his seat in 2024 is confession of sins and reconciliation being practiced by many “Christians,” including Amy and Dave — making sure they’re right with each other and Christ, like Paul ALWAYS practiced:

“..I also practice ALWAYS having a CONSCIENCE VOID OF OFFENSE toward God and MEN” (Acts 24:16).

Anchorage pastors need to live and teach the truth, instead of the “once saved always saved,” “only believe” and/or “Hebrew roots” “fables” that “itching ears” want to hear (2 Tim. 4:3,4).

We need repentance and restoration church services so we’re salt and light, instead of fake worship that produces fruit that smells citywide.

Then “the world will know!”

Breaking: Demboski vs. Bronson comes to a head

By Suzanne Downing – January 11, 2023

Amy Demboski, former municipal manager for Anchorage, has retained attorney Scott Kendall and appears to be pursuing a settlement for what she says was a retaliatory and wrongful firing by Mayor Dave Bronson.

Demboski said that Bronson fired her because she had brought to his attention unlawful and unethical activities and uses of municipal resources involving lobbyist contracts, sole source contracts, and the hiring of Larry Baker as a consultant.

Demboski and Kendall said that firing her for using vulgar language in the office is a “fig leaf” to cover up for the real reason, which is retaliation.

The letter, which was sent to the various news agencies by various actors, makes numerous claims about governmental malpractice in the Bronson Administration’s purchasing department, and serves as a warning that Demboski will be seeking a financial settlement and a promise from the mayor that further disparagements of her, which have been made to the media, will cease.

Kendall is the well-known political attorney who usually represents Democrat interests and the choice of him as an attorney shows that Demboski is going to the mat. Kendall was the chief of staff to former Gov. Bill Walker and was a leader in several well-known political movements, including an attempt to recall Gov Mike Dunleavy. He is the architect of Ballot Measure 2, ranked choice voting.

The letter sent to Bronson is included below:

Demboski sues mayor for wrongful termination

By Suzanne Downing – September 6, 2023

After being fired by Mayor Dave Bronson last December, and after the Anchorage Assembly refused to approve a negotiated settlement, former Anchorage Municipal Manager, Amy Demboski has taken legal action against the mayor and the municipality. Her lawsuit alleges “reckless disregard for the law and ethical standards.”

Some of the allegations were already known when Demboski threatened legal action against the city in January. But her lawyer Scott Kendall, who is a political foe of the mayor and supporter of opponent Suzanne LaFrance, has driven the knife deeper, including accusations of gender discrimination, retaliation, violations of whistleblower protections, and an inappropriate workplace relationship among members of his staff. Also, the lawsuit claims, defamation. …

Some of the accusations are essentially the same as those previously raised in Demboski’s initial complaint, but the new 24-page legal document introduces accusations of dysfunction, mismanagement, and even corruption in the Bronson administration. The accusations allege Larry Baker, an advisor to Bronson, acted wrongly regarding the navigation center the mayor proposed for Tudor and Elmore Roads, a project that was agreed to by the Assembly, but later was rejected by the same body.

The Assembly majority is hoping to use this red-on-red lawsuit as a form of an independent expenditure group against the mayor, who is running for reelection. This would mean that taxpayers will pay for the city’s expenses in the lawsuit, which will no-doubt damage the mayor’s hopes for reelection next April.

On Wednesday, a lawyer representing Demboski released the 11-page letter to elected officials and news media. It is filled with accusations, including that Bronson and members of his administration broke numerous laws in handling city contracts and engaged in or overlooked sexist conduct and harassment, and alleges her abrupt termination was retaliation for raising concerns to the mayor. Demboski and her lawyer are demanding the mayor’s office settle her wrongful termination claim and issue an apology, or else risk litigation.
