Actually YOU are off at this point I did no such thing. Being set free from the law of sin and death gives me the freedom to walk in that freedom. See Col. 2:6-7 . THE REDEMPTIVE ACT IS INCARNATIONAL, THEREFORE IT IS NOT TRANSACTIONAL BUT RELATIONAL. Please think before you falsely accuse.

If it’s not self effort, as you say — if we don’t do anything and God does everything, then going to heaven is automatic as long as we’re truly born-again.
This is typical, Calvinist, once-saved-always-saved false doctrine (OSAS); though, even John Calvin did not persevere.
We only have security when we make sure we stay in proper relationship with Christ, walking according to the Spirit, not according to the flesh.
If we walk according to the flesh we will die (Romans 8).
