Much of the modern church asks “what can I do and still be saved?”
Then they DON’T WANT TO HEAR what the Bible really says about what they must do to be saved.
“For The TIME WILL COME when THEY WILL NOT LISTEN to the sound doctrine, but, having itching ears, will heap up for themselves TEACHERS AFTER THEIR OWN LUSTS; and will TURN AWAY THEIR EARS FROM THE TRUTH, and turn aside to FABLES” (2 Tim. 4:3-4)
“Now these [the BEREANS] were MORE NOBLE than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of the mind, EXAMINING THE SCRIPTURES DAILY TO SEE WHETHER THESE THINGS WERE SO.” – Acts 17:11
