Jesus prayed we'd be 'ONE' with each other in Him that the world will know! (John 17)

"Abbott Loop must be ONE." Let's escape the deception and go onto unity!

I’ve desired to write this post ever since I heard this message, but I wanted to post the ALCC-goals photo first. I’m tired of being called ‘divisive’ when I’ve been calling for unity all along. And we can only be unified when we realize that loving each other as much as we love ourselves isn’t an option if we are to be going-to-heaven, real Christians. And this has not been done.
Do we mean this or not? Many are waiting:

The only way I see John-17 unity happening (short of a total collapse of our nation) is for us to get certain doctrines right, especially our salvation doctrine, which
This is why who goes to heaven is such a big key. It’s not only about where we spend eternity, but it’s about getting real Christianity happening now, which I believe will bring about the Third Great Awakening happening now — here in Anchorage? Why not? We can do it!

What I’m addressing here was said publicly (it’s even online at abbottloop.org… and as a podcast), so I’m responding publicly. We can’t let our egos get in the way. This is about life and death. This is the greatest deception that I’m convinced is the fundamental reason for the fall of America, let alone the horrendous stats of such a tiny percentage of ‘Christians’ actually going to heaven. See How Many Will Be in Heaven? How Many Find the WAY? Only 1 in 40 — 2.5%?!!
Pastor Joshua Tanner said this in his Sunday message, 7/18/10, entitled: Collossians 2:1-10 “United in Him”:

“Verse 4 [of Col. 2]: ‘Now this I say lest anyone should deceive you with persuasive words.’

You know that I really think deception is the key thing that the Devil wants to bring into the church, because he knows that Jesus has got your heart.

I think [it’s] virtually impossible to deceive someone so much that they lose their salvation. This is my personal opinion.” (And Josh has taught this before. See my link, below.)

The truth is that we don’t have to wonder about what the Bible says. The Bible specifically teaches that it’s easy to lose ones salvation. And Paul directly answers this question in Galatians:

7 Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. 8 For he who sows to his own flesh [5:19-21] will from the flesh reap corruption. But he who sows to the Spirit [5:16-18, 22-24] will from the Spirit reap eternal life.

Here is the full text, which includes Paul’s most complete lists of who goes to heaven and who doesn’t, and most Christians are clearly not fully in the who-goes-to-heaven list, including most pastors.

16 But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you won’t fulfill the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, that you may not do the things that you desire. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

19 Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, 21 envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, 23 gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 Those who belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts.

25 If we live by the Spirit, let’s also walk by the Spirit. 26 Let’s not become conceited, provoking one another, and envying one another.

1 Brothers, even if a man is caught in some fault, you who are spiritual must restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; looking to yourself so that you also aren’t tempted. 2 Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. 3 For if a man thinks himself to be something when he is nothing, he deceives himself. 4 But let each man test his own work, and then he will take pride in himself and not in his neighbor. 5 For each man will bear his own burden.

6 But let him who is taught in the word share all good things with him who teaches. 9 Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up.

10 So then, as we have opportunity, let’s do what is good toward all men, and especially toward those who are of the household of the faith.

It’s crucial that we come to an understanding about what the Bible really teaches. Then we can become ONE in Him. “Then the world will know” (Jesus in John 17) — and we will be so happy!!!
We can lead the world into revival!

Clarifying My Perspective on Divorce and ‘Marriage’: The Role of the Holy Spirit

  1. In order to get Real Christianity now, is to have another revolution. We would have to cipher out the wolves and get back to the original values of the Constitution. There would have to be an awakening to what is truth, when most people are scoffing at it.
I’m not the type of guy who likes to sway people. I could care less. The only ones I care to influence are my wife and family, my Savior Jesus Christ, God the Father, and the Holy Ghost. With that said, perhaps today’s church goers think they are living in a day of righteousness, peace and safety from the threat of terror, and the hands which want to destroy you. That would be Satan, that ole serpent, the devil, and his angels, deceiving you into a false security. Perhaps they never read about any false prophets in the Bible nor understood the formula for discerning a false teacher. There is a tool that will help us to identify wolves, such as Billy Graham, Pat Robertson, Benny Hinn, Joel Olsten, and all the other Televised Evangelically, astute ministers of Lucifer, as they are. This tool is called the 1611 edition of the Authorized King James Version HOLY BIBLE. If one were to read and follow it, they would be directed, by God, along the path which leads to eternal life.
What I’m going to marvel at, throughout all eternity, is, we as citizens of the United States of America, once had the power within us to execute our God given, constitutional rights not to pay taxes, not to rely on the police for our own protection, not to pay for licensing and insurance (sorely inflicted upon you), not to take a brother to court, yet the constitution is greatly ignored by all churches, who call themselves Christians. They voluntarily pay their taxes of their own free will, when the Constitution, and Biblical laws, forbids it!!!! All of them are willing to go into debt, and pay interest upon that debt, an abomination unto God!! We are more mindful and faithful to our diabolical Government then we are to the laws of our righteous God. Adolf Hitler would have been proud of us decadent Americans! we ignore what Jesus said in Mat 5:17 “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.” Black Stone law, what used to rule America and other countries, is derived from Biblical law and is the fulfillment of the above prophecy. We are now living under Case law, every tyrants dream and Satan‘s philosophy. . We are nothing but fools and hypocrites, if one can’t comprehend the original writing of the Constitution of the United States of America, (and the spirit it was written in,) how will they ever understand God’s Holy Word? It is the truth that sets us free, and the Constitution seals that freedom in Christ Jesus, my LORD and Savior.
Dan 7:25 And he (the beast) shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they (the saints) shall be given into his hand (the beast) until a time and times and the dividing of time. Stupid Americans don’t deserve to be free.
I think it would be wise if we would search out what spirit we are influenced by. The monstrous spirit of deception is very huge, it wants to deceive each and every one of us right into hell. It would be equally wise to find the truth and believe in it. God‘s Holy Word is just that, a book you can count on as being the absolute pure truth. I suggest we lose our pride, know that we can be deceived, and find that straight and narrow path, then cling to it.

      John,
      Thanks for sharing your perspective.
I agree that the 1611 KJV is excellent, and the NIV, etc. have gutted the word of God, a major source of false doctrine. The wording of the 1611 can be difficult and misunderstood by 21st century Americans, though.
I think the main thing to look at are the Greek texts. What texts are the translations we read based upon? I wrote this in another post:

We were taught many things that aren’t fully true. That’s why a very small percentage of Christians really abide in the Vine. And that’s why we’re losing this country on the fast-track.

The NASB was my main Bible about 30 years ago. I liked it better than the NIV because it was more of a word-for-word translation. But the main problem with the NIV and NASB is the Greek text they’re based on.

I have some info in my links. Westcott and Hort were bad news, from what I’ve found. From what I understand, Roman emperor Constantine’s scholars based their Greek text on the less reliable manuscripts, mainly from Egypt. And these are the Greek texts that Westcott and Hort liked so much. But it’s doubtful that they were even born-again Christians, and they were involved in some questionable spiritual things. And this is what these USB and Nestle Alland texts are based on.

I use Textus Receptus based translations, mainly the WEB for work online, because it’s royalty free. I don’t want to get into a copyright problem.

The USB based texts cut thousands of words, some of which are very important doctrinally, like Romans 8:1b.

They basically cut most of the last chapter of Mark, which says that speaking in tongues is one of the signs that follow all who believe. Which furthers the notion that only some people are supposed to speak in tongues.

Constantine apparently wanted more of a New Age Bible that would fit more into society without making waves. And that’s what these USB-based translations do too. They’re politically correct. And they’re destroying the word of God, in my opinion.

And these translations also mistranslate at times, terribly. Try studying forgiving others in the NASB or NIV, and you’ll see what I mean. Two key texts are altered so many don’t realize that unforgiveness gives demons an actual place, not just a little “foothold” (NIV), or an “opportunity” (NASB). The Greek word is topos, which simply means place.

Demons are allowed to be inside Christians when we let the sun go down on our anger and don’t forgive everyone from the heart, completely (Jesus talked about the ‘tormentors’ in Mt. 18 – KJV). And I don’t believe I’ve yet met someone who totally does. So practically all ‘Christians’ have demons in them. The James-3 curses put upon them then can stick, contrary to what many who have demons themselves teach.

Demons in ‘Christians’ are a big deal. Many church leaders think they are justified to do all kinds of things because of the feelings the demons give them. These translations are crippling for the church.

And then they say we only have to forgive 77 times, instead of 70 times 7. And on and on…. These things add up.

We need the full Sword of God to fight the enemy with and overcome. The church has been whimped out by fluff. And pastors are even using The Message???!!! Yikes!

The Devil knew well enough to not add to the Scripture. That would be too obvious. So He deleted key texts. No wonder why people don’t understand what Romans 8:1-4 really says.

I’m not sure which deleted words are the most destructive. But I’m seeing more and more that the deletion of the second part of Romans 8:1 is has given preachers the tendency to read Paul out of context, ignoring 8:4 and later verses in this chapter to conclude that ‘Christians’ are “in Christ” even when willfully sinning, which totally not what Paul said.

1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death. 3 For what the law couldn’t do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh; 4 that the ordinance of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

So we have the songs “Never Let Go,” etc., and most evangelicals think there is no condemnation for them, not because they actually are abiding in the Vine, not walking according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit, but because of what Jesus did.
This is a great deception that is largely made possible by using “Bibles” that were translated from gutted Greek texts.
Regarding getting back to the Constitution, I don’t see it happening fully enough, but I would be blessed if it did. There are more and more people understanding what’s going on, but the globalists have so much control over the government and the media, and most pastors have pacified the people into a state of lethargy.
I still push for what is true politically at ToBeFree, because I think it’s the right thing to do, but I think we’ve passed the point of no return. We’re being set up for a fall and the people aren’t wise enough and united enough to thwart it.
But if real Christianity happens at a group level, then God can show up in His manifest presence and people will be holy enough not to get zapped. This will be glorious — the Third Great Awakening, I’m thinking.
Then whatever happens, we’ll be spiritually ready, which is the main thing. Perhaps it’s good that America is falling, because people are now more open to revival.
You said “Stupid Americans don’t deserve to be free.” That’s pretty much what is happening, which is why education into what is really going on is what I feel compelled to do.
“Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do,” Jesus said. More and more, this is what I see: people who think they understand but really don’t. If they really understood they would actually shun evil.
It helps me to forgive when I realize that maybe these people really don’t know like they act like they do.
But love compels me to try to help more than just my immediate family. The second greatest commandment is to love our neighbors as ourselves. When revival happens, you’ll see that this is one of the greatest ways to love your family. When real Christianity happens, we’ll be on cloud 9, abiding in Him with each other. It’s happened many times in church history, but it has never lasted.
This time, I think it will, because I think the main reason for lack of revival and revivals that don’t last is false doctrine. Jesus was already correcting false doctrine in what He said to the 7 churches in Revelation. If we can get our doctrine right, everything else will follow, I believe.
Not all will participate, but at least they’ll see the real thing, so they can make their decision with more awareness.
The tax issue — 16th Amendment never ratified — no taxes before the Federal Reserve legislation — now we have to finance wars that kill innocent people and take out countries that would oppose the one-world-government, etc.. I’ve never felt motivated to go down this road; though, if someone is really led by the Holy Spirit to go this route they should. But it’s important to make sure this decision isn’t love-of-money driven, and that it really is the Holy Spirit leading….
I personally agree with Dr. Stanley Monteith that those who go down this road often end up spending much of their time trying to succeed in this endeavor, and most don’t.
I have to say that I really don’t like financing these wars, though. But Jesus talked about paying taxes to Caesar, who did some awful things too.
You talk about Hitler being proud of us decadent Americans. It does seem that what happened in Germany in many ways is being repeated here in the US.
“There is so much hate,” I just now heard. Perhaps this was true in Germany too. The greatest two commandments should be our focus. When they no longer are, tyrants can rule.
I’ve only seen the greatest two commandments posted inside of just one church. And now I understand they removed them.
I think the emphasis should be on the greatest two commandments, and then everything else would fall into place.
And too many of the Tea Party people are so not into loving their neighbors as themselves that they’re war hawks. Ron Paul’s people started the tea party movement. It has been hijacked by Rupert Murdoch’s pro-war, neocon, Fox News (he also owns the rights to the NIV ‘Bible’).
The more we depart from the greatest two commandments we put ourselves under tyranny.
The more we live in them the more everything goes right.
      Freedom!
      Jeff

      • I think we have a great deal in common. I love what you said because I have a real passion for the truth. In order to not pay taxes, one must earn less than what the government cares to deal with, and never, ever file. I’m always exempt and I never file because once you have filed, your caught.
How am I to love somebody, when the fear of the Lord is to hate evil? I look on the wickedness of men and I am furious because they have chosen, on their own free will, to be evil rather than to be God-fearing. They seek after the counsel of wizards and soothsayers. They enjoy that which God hates and they hate that which God loves.
They mock the truth, as if it were a myth. Our fantasies don’t change any axioms. The truth is and always will be, as it always has been. And the truth is: God is going to exist forever, and Jesus will reign eternal, regardless of what the masses believe. The wicked are going away, just like it happened in the days of Noah, yet this time it will be by fire. God’s Word tells us in Leviticus 26, that He will walk contrary to us if we are walking contrary to Him. These are dangerous grounds to be walking on.
“1 Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, (Like television) neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, (Land Marks) to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God.
2 Ye shall keep my Sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the LORD.
        3 If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;
4 Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. (God is no different today)
5 And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.
6 And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.
7 And ye shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword. (Not happening yet, but it‘s coming)
8 And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.
9 For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.
10 And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new.
11 And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you.
12 And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people. (This is going to happen again when Jesus returns.)
13 I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.
14 But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments; (Warning! Warning! All living souls, who know that God exist, take heed!)
15 And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:
16 I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.
17 And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.
18 And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.
19 And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:
20 And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.
21 And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.
22 I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate.
        23 And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me;
24 Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins.
25 And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.
26 And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied.
        27 And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;
28 Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.
29 And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat.
30 And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.
31 And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours.
32 And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it.
33 And I will scatter you among the heathen, (The ones already in hell also) and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste. (The sign will say “Welcome to hell”, this next time just before Jesus returns.)
34 Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her sabbaths.
35 As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when ye dwelt upon it.
36 And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth.
37 And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies.
38 And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.
39 And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.
        40 (This is a big “if” here.) If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;
41 And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:
42 Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land. (The second Covenant will be remembered also, if we will turn from our wickedness and serve God with all our hearts, souls and minds.)
43 The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes. (This will happen when God’s wrath comes.)
44 And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the LORD their God. (After all, He is a merciful God.)
45 But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the LORD.
46 These are the statutes and judgments and laws, which the LORD made between him and the children of Israel in mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.”
Thus, the path which leads to the Kingdom of Heaven, is forsaken by the masses for a moment of pleasure. We have already lost our freedoms in this beast of a kingdom, it will only be regained through the rod of iron which Jesus will rule this world with.

        • Jeff Fenske

          John,
I’ve never felt led to be concerned about the tax issue, but people hating people is huge! I have many posts on ONEcanhappen and ToBeFree related to this, as well as to people cursing people, which many haters do.
I’ve been meaning to post a photo of my car, NOHATE. So in part, my answer to what you say here is this post: NOHATE I’ll be updating it, explaining what each statement means to me, and adding other photos.
It’s interesting that we’re talking about this in this post. Because I learned how badly unforgiveness and hate can affect a church while attending this church, based in part because of what God told me here: My 1990 Key-to-Revival Prophecy: “There is might and there is power and there is glory, but it is being withheld until these relationships are made right, until we love our brother enough to…”
Therefore, my license plates on the vehicle I got soon after getting this word read 4GIVNG. And since ’95, I’ve been driving NOHATE, making my statement.
But then I read in Psalms that “No Hate” isn’t totally to be, for we are to hate evil. But especially in this new covenant, we are commanded to love everyone no matter what, the second greatest commandment. “Our warfare is not against flesh and blood, but….
Paul said we’re not to let the sun go down on our anger or we’ll give the Devil a place. Many ‘Christians’ have hate demons (familiar spirits) in them, and they think it’s just themselves. And often these are in the heart, where people don’t think to look.
We have to be very careful in interpreting the Old Testament, for we live in the new covenant in which much has changed. Now the law is written in our hearts, which is summed up in the 2 greatest commandments — LOVE.
Now we have the capacity to fully love, empowered by the Holy Spirit: The meaning of “Grace” (χαρις) in the Bible: It’s not what you think?
And we have warnings: ~”He who hates his brother is a murderer, and no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.”
We must live in the second list in Galatians 5. Hatred is in the first one, the people who will not inherit the kingdom (will not go to heaven according to this with Galatians 6):

19 Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, 21 envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

We are to hate evil, but not people, which is why I clarified my NOHATE license plates on my talon by including HATE EVIL — NOT PEOPLE. This is the principle.
It’s wise to hate evil, so we don’t let it into our lives, realizing its poisonous, toxic effects. Jesus hated evil, but loved people, and we’re supposed to walk like he walked, which is what Stephen did, and God filled him to the max when they stoned him, and he said with love: “Father, don’t hold this sin to their account” — just like Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, they know not what they do.”
If people really knew what they were doing, knew the whole picture, they wouldn’t treat us the way they do.
We need to have compassion. It’s a sin to render evil for evil. We must love. We can love. “Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” There’s no room for hate. We must excise it all. It’s a demon, who has a right to be there because of our lack of living in perfect love.
I think Christians getting rid of hate is a key to revival. But if our doctrines allow hate, then God can’t come in His fullness.
“Revenge is mine, I will repay.” When we revenge, we are out of line, and “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.”
We need grace, again which is: The meaning of “Grace” (χαρις) in the Bible: It’s not what you think?
Unforgiveness is so front and center. How did we miss it? “Forgive our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.”
We can’t live in the Old Testament. We’re under a new standard now which also includes a stricter judgment (Heb. 10:26-39).
“We must live holy,” I believe I just heard. Willfully hating is a going-to-heaven disqualifier. “Those who are Christ’s have crucified their flesh.” “Those who are led by the Spirit are the sons of God.”
          We have the examples (Jesus, Stephen, etc.);
          we have the requirement;
          we have the grace (enablement).
We must learn how to walk in love.
It’s not an option for those who are really Christians.
“Without holiness no one will see the Lord.”
          Rev. 3:1-5

1 “And to the angel of the assembly in Sardis write: He who has the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars says these things: “I know your works, that you have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead. 2 Wake up, and keep the things that remain, which you were about to throw away, for I have found no works of yours perfected beforeGod. 3 Remember therefore how you have received and heard. Keep it, and repent. If therefore you won’t watch, I will come as a thief, and you won’t know what hour I will come upon you.
4 Nevertheless you have a few names in Sardis that did not defile their garments. They will walk with me in white, for they are worthy. 5 He who overcomes will be arrayed in white garments, and I will in no way blot his name out of the book of life, and I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

When we see Jesus face to face, He’ll confess our names before the Father if we are indeed arrayed in white garments. We are worthy because we’ve walked with Jesus in white — not because we said a little prayer. We’ve actually overcome by His grace.
This is what the Bible teaches: Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way | Who are the Children of God?
What we don’t want is this:
[Psalm 50] God Warns: “You have done these things, and I kept silent. You thought that I was just like you. … Now consider this…lest I tear you into pieces and there be none to deliver” (Hell?)
This would be the worst nightmare, and I think it’s happening by far more often than not. See: How Many Will Be in Heaven? How Many Find the WAY? Only 1 in 40 — 2.5%?!!
We don’t want to be disqualified. Let’s overcome!
