As Jesus: “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do”
Jesus: "If you forgive others when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you"
“For if you forgive others when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.”
– Jesus in Mt. 6:14
Jesus in Mt. 5:43-48:
“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor, and hate your enemy.’ But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust. For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Don’t even the tax collectors do the same? If you only greet your friends, what more do you do than others? Don’t even the tax collectors do the same? Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.”
A spirit of unforgiveness will keep a record of wrongs and try to enter into your life because of some injustice done to you, that somehow hurt and injured you. Like a wound that has not healed, or that has left a scar you are always aware of. When you continually entertain that spirit of unforgiveness you are in fact releasing poisonous chemicals into your very own body.
“Treat people as if they were what they ought to be, and you help them to become what they are capable of being.”
― Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

The most beautiful oration I’ve seen yet on forgiving.
In this video, Jesse has a heart of gold, and lays out to a not-yet-a-believer exactly what happens if we’re hurt and stay angry — and then how freedom and the power to overcome happens when we forgive — and why. God sets us free!
“It’s normal for the kingdom of the world to consider the boys in body-bags on our side more important than the boys in body-bags on their side. But from a kingdom of God perspective, we would consider all body-bags to be equally tragic.
The kingdom of the world is always involved in conflict, because it’s a power-over kingdom, and if you’re getting in the way of my power-over we’ll have to go to war over this. And usually in the kingdom of the world you demonize your enemies to rally up power against them.
But in the kingdom of God, we are not allowed to have any enemies. We’re forbidden to have enemies of flesh and blood. The ones who think that they are our enemies, we are commanded to love them, to serve them, to lay down our life for them.
While the kingdom of the world is about conflict, the kingdom of God is about reconciliation.”

The ‘silent prayer’ Jesse mentions

FULL VIDEO: https://youtu.be/90wPLsetjpQ Sunday, August 13, Jesse asks women at Church about their anger toward father and mother. One woman talks about her expectations toward her mean parents. She never married because of her weakness, fear, and judgment that she never overcame from her upbringing. Jesse urges her to know herself so she can understand her parents and forgive them. Her resentment holds her down. Jesse urges her to practice a silent prayer: https://soundcloud.com/jesseleepeters… Another young lady resents her father because he’s mean. She didn’t talk to him about it because they got into a fight recently. Satan talked her out of it. Jesse urged her to be honest, she needed him to be a father, but realize he didn’t have the love to give — he did his best. Show him love. Say sorry for holding it against him. Forgive him, and God will forgive you. If not, she’ll be hell for her boyfriend. The father is the Christ on earth. http://rebuildingtheman.com/church

“We have to stop expecting to be offended, and instead, we have to truly, openly and sincerely listening. That will lead to a greater understanding of ourselves and others, to having compassion for one another, working together towards solutions, because we are all in this together. And once we do that we can finally heal from the inside out. But it has to start with listening.”

Master Po: Where is evil? In the rat, whose nature it is to steal grain. Or in the cat? Whose nature it is to kill the rat.
Young Caine: The rat steals. Yet for him the cat is evil.
Master Po: And to the cat, the rat.
Young Caine: Yet master, surely one of them is evil.
Master Po: The rat does not steal. The cat does not murder. Rain falls, the stream flows, a hill remains. Each acts according to its nature.
Young Caine: Then is there no evil for men? Each man tells himself that what he does is good. At least for himself.
Master Po: Grasshopper. A man may tell himself many things. But is a man’s universe made only of himself?
Young Caine: If a man hurts me, and I punish him – perhaps he will not hurt another.
Master Po: And if you do nothing?
Young Caine: He will believe he may do as he wishes.
Master Po: Perhaps. Or perhaps he will learn that some men receive injury, but return kindness.

Woman: What should I do?
KCC: What do you feel?
Woman: Hate. Fills the emptiness where my child grew.
KCC: To hate is like drinking salt water. Your thirst grows worse.
Woman: Don’t you understand what I feel?
KCC: I have seen the silkworm. It spins a thread. Thinking itself to be safe, it has spun a tomb. Hate is the tomb you weave. It will not save you from your suffering.
Woman: That’s what I feel. What can I do with it?
KCC: Perhaps there is room to bury your hate in that small grave where we have come from.

This video is not from a Christian perspective, but I find it interesting, and decided to write this:
Actually, demons cause a lot of depression. How come no one talks about demons anymore? In the New Testament, when people were sick they cast out demons. But we don’t have demons??
Many people are depressed because they rightfully feel condemnation because they’re not in Christ Jesus. They’ve hurt people and refuse to admit it and make amends. Pills don’t solve spiritual and rebellion problems.
Vitamins and minerals can help, absolutely, when there are deficiencies, but shutting off the conscience chemically with drugs cannot make us right with God and men — and don’t get rid of the demons.
Reconciliation is the unpreached message because most preachers refuse to reconcile to be free. Many preachers, possibly the majority, James-3 curse people who call them to repent, even wishing that people would die. “How can this be,” James says in chapter 3.
Paul worked out his salvation through *fear* and *TREMBLING* (way more than just “reverence”). Paul ran his race to win, so was able to say: “Herein I also practice ALWAYS having a conscience void of offense toward God and men” (Acts 24:16).
Paul could relax while on earth, and died with a clean conscience, so is now in heaven.
Are we in Christ Jesus, having no condemnation because we walk according to the HOLY Spirit and not according to the flesh?
Pharmaceuticals don’t solve spiritual problems. Repentance, forgiving, reconciliation and praying in the Holy Ghost does — being right with God and people — demon free!!!
“Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.” – James 5:14-16
There is therefore now NO CONDEMNATION to those who are IN CHRIST Jesus, who don’t WALK according to the flesh, but ACCORDING TO THE SPIRIT.” – Romans 8:1
28 One of the scribes came, and heard them questioning together. Knowing that he had answered them well, asked him, “Which commandment is the greatest of all?” 29 Jesus answered, “The greatest is, ‘Hear, Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one: 30 you shall LOVE THE LORD your God with ALL YOUR HEART, and with ALL YOUR SOUL, and with ALL YOUR MIND, and with ALL YOUR STRENGTH.’ This is the *first commandment*. 31 The *second* is like this, ‘You shall LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.” – JESUS in Mark 12

The Truth About Depression
I transcribed this because I think it’s SO IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!
As I look back over my life now, and as people look back and think: if they get a diagnosis like stage 4 cancer…. I can only speak for myself….
I start reflecting on a lot of things in my life. Who I need to say ‘I’m sorry’ to? Who I need to do something for? And it is a time of really positive reflection. And I wish that I had done this maybe before I had the diagnosis, maybe 15-30 years ago. And we can all do that.
And I would like to see the year of 2017 be a year of reflection of all of us of our own lives.
And if that means that we need to go back and make some amends, or if we need to go back and do some things that will make our lives even better at this point and their lives better, then it’s time.

I got this word from God for a church founder in Anchorage, 25 years ago, while getting ready to discuss with the then, head pastor what I had recently been shown about why God couldn’t move in our church.
It says a lot about what needs to happen for real Christianity and full revival to occur. And this is also a salvation issue: “There is therefore now *no condemnation* to those who are IN CHRIST Jesus, who don’t WALK according to the flesh, but ACCORDING TO THE SPIRIT.” (Romans 8:1)
This is also the prophecy that inspired my ’93 4GIVNG and ’95 NOHATE license plate — as I was told: “STRONGHOLD of UNFORGIVENESS”:
Aug, 9,1990
“Our eyes are full of sawdust. We can’t see clearly to see the kingdom. There is MIGHT and there is POWER and there is GLORY, but it is being withheld until these relationships are made right, until we love our brother enough to feel his hurt deeply and say kind words of salve that heal their souls.
[___] can do this. This is vital. They are necessary. For he must do this for healing to occur. He is a man of integrity in many ways.
Fear must decrease. Love must increase. He will fight and he will win the battle over the stronghold of fear and unforgiveness, sayeth the Lord.”
“PUT ANY WRONG DONE TO MAN RIGHT AGAIN”:
The Welsh Revival of 1904-05 by J. Edwin Orr: A Countrywide Asbury-like REVIVAL! The 4 Points: #1 Confess any known sin, and put any wrong done to man right again. #2 Put away any doubtful habit. #3 Obey the Spirit promptly. #4 Confess your faith publicly
RECONCILIATION IS THE KEY:
(video) Asbury Revival, 1970: RECONCILIATION the KEY! — “‘Dr. Kinlaw, I am a liar. Now what do I do?’ … Three days later, she came to me radiant, and she said, ‘I just hit my 34th person and I’m FREE!’”
“It’s crazy how people get uptight, mad, irritated or outright mean just because someone shares an opinion on Facebook that’s contrary to theirs. Lighten up and enjoy some fun, healthy dialogue. If you are that threatened by other’s perspectives, you have much bigger problems. You need to mature and leave insecurity behind. The people who disagree with you aren’t your enemies. But, if they were you’d have to love and bless them anyway.”
– John Burton stated on Facebook
Forgiveness is not for the weak. Being able to forgive those who have wronged you is a mark of spiritual strength and confidence. When you forgive, you grow and your heart begins to heal, your back straightens up, your eyes clear so that you can see the road ahead. Anger is a spiritual sickness; but when you forgive you live.

Lyrics:
END THIS WAR
I can’t be sure of this
memories are fading fast
a fragile heart of glass
thats shattered once before
the walls start to break and crack
nothing is built to last
patience are running thin
but I know we can’t give up
If we make the choice
to walk out the door
and let all we have
become nothing more
can we look at ourselves
and resist this
moment in time together
Its not impossible
that we can end this war
just let your heart explode
not too late for a miracle
it’s not impossible
I know we can resist
so many shots that missed
my heart can take a hit
cause I know I can’t let go
If we make the choice
to walk out the door
and let all we have
become nothing more
can we look at ourselves
and resist this
moment in time together
Its not impossible
that we can end this war
just let your heart explode
not too late for a miracle
it’s not impossible
No more fighting
no more crying
no more hurting
no deserting
no more lying
no more sighing
I’m still trying
arms wide open
END THIS WAR
Its not impossible
that we can end this war
just let your heart explode
not too late for a miracle
it’s not impossible
I’ve seen the levy break
I’ve seen a lover take
I’ve felt the war sun
It’s there for everyone
I’ve seen some troubled times
but its not too late for a miracle
Its not impossible
