POPE CALLS FOR A WORLD GOVERNMENT
Conservative Catholics are concerned about yet another indication by the Pope that he supports world government. As the AP noted, “Pope Benedict XVI, has called for the establishment of World Government and a New World Order. In a speech made at the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace on Monday December 3 2012, the Pope called for the ‘construction of a world community, with a corresponding authority,’ to serve the ‘common good of the human family’ [dangerous words without proper conditions and limitations].”
The Pope limited his call to a “moral force” or moral authority that has the “power to influence in accordance with reason, that is, a participatory authority, limited by law in its jurisdiction.” this is a bit naive. I know of no modern example of world government proposals or existing regional governments like the EU where the proponents are amenable to strict limits in law or jurisdiction that would satisfy the demands of American constitutionalists that demand individual liberty.
The AP also noted that “These latest remarks made by the Pope and the Catholic Church come as no surprise considering that in 2010 the Catholic Church sought the establishment of a new Central World Bank that would be responsible for regulating the global financial industry and the international money supply”…. [as well as] “a supranational authority” which would have worldwide scope and “universal jurisdiction” to guide and control global economic policies and decisions. The proposed body (World Government) would not be a superpower [pretty naive], concentrated in the hands of a few, which would dominate all peoples, exploiting the weakest.”
Those are all socialist catchwords (exploitation, concentrations of power in the hands of a few, etc). But his vision is clearly a dangerous step into the future. Once you give supranational authority to a body and a crisis arises where it lacks enforcement power, the natural step is to grant it regulatory, taxation, police and military powers. That’s how you get to a militarized and ugly New World Order. The crisis they will provoke is a world war.

It is an interesting fact that Charles Finney spent his entire ministry preaching to professing Christians. And yet he was called the greatest ‘evangelist’! What he was doing was evangelizing the church people – because he found that most of them were not living in a state of true salvation at all. The church was ‘unsaved’!

Pastor Dale Lee McFarland was an up-and-coming star in the “Purpose Driven Church” movement, having left his position as a Microsoft executive to launch a thriving megachurch in Arizona and travel the world with evangelical superstar Rick Warren to train others in the methods of “The Purpose Driven Life.”
McFarland’s congregation, Radiant Church in Surprise, Ariz., had even boasted of receiving the Church Health Award from Purpose Driven Ministries and had grown to be one of the largest Assemblies of God churches in the country.
But earlier this year, a couple in the church filed a lawsuit, Courthouse News reports, alleging McFarland told the wife to have sex with him with “God’s approval” and divorce her husband. …
Warren, the founder and pastor of Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, Calif., is also the author of “The Purpose Driven Life,” claimed to be the best-selling nonfiction book in world history, next to the Bible. …
But Warren’s critics have claimed his Purpose Driven ministry emphasizes only doing good, while dodging the kind of biblical repentance that is needed for a person – or a pastor – to have their life transformed by Christ. The Purpose Driven Church model, or PDC, discounts the fear of the Lord, Warren’s critics say, while encouraging pastors to become “masters” of their churches instead of servants.
James Sundquist, author of “Who’s Driving the Purpose Driven Church?” is one of the voices in a new video by producer Elliott Nesch called “Church of Tares,” which asserts Warren has built his organizations upon secular business management philosophies rather than the foundation of Jesus Christ, resulting in “a great compromise of the Great Commission.”
…there is an indirect connection in that Purpose Driven pastors are pastor as master and [are taught] psychotherapy and enforced covenants, [which can be] used to exploit a vulnerable member. McFarland’s struggles are not unique to Purpose Driven churches, but PDC is a template for abuse.”
“The fear of the Lord and the wrath of God and the total depravity of man are either not taught at all or are watered down in Warren’s PDC programs, so that church growth formulas and seeker-sensitive people are not offended,” Sundquist continued. “Now all of the right sermons on fear of the Lord and the wrath of God could be preached and adultery could still happen, but … if these things are not preached, how can we be surprised that these things happen in a church?”

CAN PATRIOTISM be IDOLATRY?

I would really love your comments on this, as I believe it is an important topic for the church in North America. Please give us your thoughts on the questions below –
–Can Patriotism be Idolatry? (ie. Can our country become a kind
of ‘god’ to us?)
-Can Patriotism also become “prideful”?
-Is this a problem in the church today?
–Will many Christians get mad if we question this?
–If we mix Patriotism in with Christianity, will it start to distort the
whole message and mission of the church?
-In other words, will we start to become “activists” not just for
Jesus, but for Patriotism too?
-Is it true that Hitler used Patriotism to manipulate the German
people – and whip them up to go to war?
-Are there voices in TV and Radio today using Patriotism to whip
up the Christians?
-Do you think we can be easily manipulated if they appeal to our
Patriotism?
-Now just a couple of questions about the USA-
–Is the US still a force for “righteousness” in the earth?
-When we look at the movies, the TV and the music put out by
the USA – which dominates Western culture all around the world –
what kind of influence does the US have today?
-When we look at this massive influence and leadership, does
she seem to be a force for ‘light’ or more for greed, sex, materialism
and spiritual corruption?

Despite the thousands in our megachurches today, soaking up the warm entertainment offered to them every week, I want to put it to you that we have lost Christianity. Despite the Christian books now found in every Walmart, and the “crossover” of Christian artists into the mainstream, and our Christian mega-stores and CD’s and DVD’s and Study-Bibles, I want to put it to you that we have lost Christianity. …

I heard “Psalm 36” this morning. Since pastors have systematically removed any idea of the fear of God before evangelicals’ eyes through the false doctrines of once-saved-always-saved, “we don’t have to be led by the Holy Spirit, being right with God and all people,” etc., this seems applicable to many in the ‘church’ — and therefore America. Simon Adahl, St Matthew and Prophetic Enemy Love
Simon picked up his Bible again. He expected a new revelation that would make him rich and famous. Instead he got chocked when he read “Love your enemies” in Matthew 5:44. “How could I love the idiot that is stalking us?” he shouted to God. But still he started to bless his enemy one minute a day. At first it was just empty words. After a while though, he actually started to have compassion with this man. After five months, he sincerely blessed him and prayed for his protection and happiness.
Then Simon found him on the street. The man got scared, but Simon hugged him and invited him to dinner. …
See what happens when you love your enemies? Simon could not stop emphasizing the importance of forgiveness when accessing the gifts of the Spirit. We need love and compassion for miracles to abound. And it doesn’t hurt to be a conscientious objector as well.
Especially considering the heavy stuff he’s involved with, it’s delightful to see how freed up and even joyful Ray is at age-73, doing what he knows is right to do. No matter how heavy, his burden is light!

GOD SUPPORTS 9/11 TRUTH
(so where is the Christian Church?)

1. God is a God of TRUTH.: God’s character is revealed in Scripture as one of righteousness, love, justice, mercy, and TRUTH. (Je.9:24; Ps.31:5). His Word is TRUTH:(Jn.17:17), All His works are done in TRUTH, (Ps 33:4). It is impossible for God to lie, (He.6:18).The prophet Isaiah prayed, “…Thy counsels of old are faithfulness and TRUTH…;”(Is.25:1) David prayed, “…lead me into Thy TRUTH and teach me..,” (Ps. 25:10) Jesus referred to God’s Spirit as the “Spirit of TRUTH,” (Jn.16:13). TRUTH is inseparable from the nature and character of the living God.
2. Satan: God and Mankind’s Diabolical Adversary is revealed as opposite of God. Jesus witnessed his expulsion from heaven. Jesus referred to Satan as “a thief, who came to steal, kill and destroy,” (Jn. 10:10) Satan is called the god of this world, who blinds men. (2 Co.4:4). Jesus upbraided the Pharisees for their unjustified attacks upon himself as being inspired by Satan, ” You are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a MURDERER from the beginning, and abode not in the truth. When he speaketh a LIE, he speaks of his own: for he is a LIAR and the father of it.” (Jn.8:44).
3.The Christian church, as God’s means of sharing the Gospel, His love, character, and will on earth, should be a citadel of TRUTH on all matters. This includes confronting governmental corruption, lies and murders that affect an entire nation and the world. John the Baptist stood up to King Herod and told him, “its not lawful for you to have your brother’s wife.”(Mark 6:18)
4. Truth vs 9/11 Deception: In words taken from the website of Military Officers for 911 Truth, “the official account is fraught with errors,” “inaccurate and fatally flawed.” “hogwash,” “raises rational suspicion of intentional deception by agents of the US Government.”
Most Americans are familiar with the official US government account of the 9/11 attacks, so that will not be repeated here, except to say that several hours of investigation will begin to drill holes in that story. The more time, the more holes and the official “investigation” becomes a glaring LIE, i.e., an intentional deception to cover-up the real “who and why of the attacks” that killed nearly 3000, and provided justification for subsequent wars, where hundreds of thousands more have died, US and foreign soldiers and civilians.
Constitution-gutting laws passed at home. Remember who Jesus called “the father of LIES.” Terror attacks wherein the perpetrators point blame on others for the advancement of a specific agenda or create disfavor in the public for their geo-political enemies are more common that most realize. One example is “Operation Northwoods” which JFK would not allow. The DOD planned domestic terrorist attacks on US soil that were to be blamed on Cuba, to garner American anti-Castro emotional opinion. Such operations are known as “false flags.” Overwhelming evidence says that 9/11 was a “false flag” a “black operation”. In the words of one USAF veteran, who spent four years researching the attacks:
” I am 100% convinced that the attacks of 9/11 were planned, organized and committed by treasonous perpetrators that have infiltrated the highest levels of our government..” –

5. God Requires Truth of Men: God requires TRUTH of men—all men. Government spooks, foreign and domestic, and men who hide behind Talmudic and Luciferian philosophies are not exempt. Purveyors of secret Machiavellian policies and those who hide in places of power are not exempt. King David, after his great sin of murder and adultery cried out to God, “You desire TRUTH in the inward parts…”. David did it secretly but God knew. “The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.” (Pr.15:3 ) God did not absolve David till he was confronted by the prophet, confessed and repented. His moving and contrite confession recorded in Psalm 51.
6. Christian Church: Truth Side or Lie Side? Although there is a Christians For 911 Truth website, many high profile Christian leaders and very large churches are well behind the power curve on understanding the facts that contradict the official account. Many still echo the official “LIE”, yes, that’s right the official LIE. With no interest, or placid acceptance of the US governments account of the attacks, churches and Christian leaders, by default, align themselves and their people with the LIE. Some honestly don’t know, but when offered data, won’t look, either out of fear, which should have no place in the believer, or apathy. Or perhaps a mistaken, “that is not what Christians should do.” Nearly 3000 of their fellow countrymen were murdered. 19 Arabs were blamed. The evidence does not support that. God condemns and reserves judgement for those “that loveth and maketh a LIE” ( Re. 22:15, Re.21:8). Shedding of innocent blood is heinous to God, as much as condemning the innocent and justifying the wicked:
“He that justifies the wicked, and he that condemns the just, even they both are an abomination to the Lord.” (Pr.17:15)
“Because with LIES you have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad
and strengthened the hands of the wicked…” (Ez.13:22)
7. Conclusion: Eleven years have past since the 9/11 attacks. The real conspirators successfully deceived a nation, and those in position of government power, and media continue to ignore or cover-up or attack the TRUTH.
A plethora of “security” agencies, acts and laws such as Department of Homeland Security, NDAA, the TSA and many others effectively gut the Bill of Rights, treating all Americans as suspect. There is overwhelming evidence, the US Government’s official account is a LIE, designed to DECEIVE. Historian Alfred Lilienthal, who embraced Jesus Christ chastised Christian leaders on being deceived about Zionism, saying, “They above all people should be able to discern the truth…” It is past time for Christian leaders and pastors and churches get on the side of TRUTH regarding the 9/11 attacks because God is there. God is on the side of the TRUTH, and deception was the intent of the US 9/11 Commission Report.

Bloodlust in Israel: ‘Flatten Gaza, send it back to Middle Ages, they need to die!’

A new wave of hatred towards Palestine is sweeping through Israel from public figures to the man on the street. …
Interior Minister Eli Yishai said Operation Pillar of Defense would continue and likely be expanded….
“Destroy and damage infrastructure…. A few days ago he said, “The goal of the operation is to send Gaza back to the Middle Ages, only then will Israel be calm for the next 40 years.”
His words were relatively mild compared to some of the comments that have been coming out of Israel in recent days.
Journalist, Gilad Sharon, the son of former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, in an editorial in the Jerusalem Post on Sunday called for Gaza to be flattened like the US flattened the Japanese city of Hiroshima in 1945 with an atomic bomb.
“We need to flatten all of Gaza. The American’s didn’t stop with Hiroshima – the Japanese weren’t surrendering fast enough – so they hit Nagasaki too. There should be no electricity in Gaza, no gasoline or moving vehicles, nothing. Then they’d really call for a ceasefire,” ranted Sharon.
As the former Prime Minister’s son publicly urged the military to wipe Gaza off the map, a member of the Knesset and the National Unity Party, Michael Ben-Ari, called for Israeli soldiers to kill Gazans without thought or mercy.
“There are no innocents in Gaza, don’t let any diplomats who want to look good in the world endanger your lives – mow them down!” it was reported on the Hakol HaYehudi website.
He also told soldiers to ignore Goldstone; in reference to the UN commissioned Goldstone report on Israel’s 2008-2009 invasion of Gaza, which found evidence of war crimes and crimes against humanity.
Israel Katz, the country’s transport minister, has called “for Gaza to be bombed so hard the population has to flee into Egypt.” While Avi Dichter, the minster of home front defense, has urged the IDF to “reformat” Gaza – to wipe it clean with bombs.
Even religious leaders joined the fray, with a prominent Israeli rabbi, Yaakov Yosef, the son of former chief rabbi, Ovadia Yosef, in a sermon at the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron blessed IDF soldiers while urging them “to learn from the Syrians how to slaughter the enemy.”
The Syrian army has come under widespread international criticism for indiscriminately shelling and bombing whole civilian areas.
Incitement to kill by Israeli rabbis is nothing new. In 2007 Eliyahu, chief rabbi of Safad, urged Israel to kill a million Palestinians to stop the rocket fire from Gaza.
Regular Israeli citizens have also taken to the streets to almost gleefully express their racist hatred of the inhabitants of Gaza and other Arab states.
A group of Israelis demonstrating in Tel Aviv on Thursday night shouted “They don’t deserve to live, they need to die”, “May your children die” and “Now we want to go back there [Gaza] and kick out all the Arabs”.
While anti-war voices exist, they are in a minority and much of the population is firmly behind it.

The pro-Israel response is usually that Israel has a right to defend themselves and that Hamas is “hiding behind civilians and using them as human shields”. Still, this doesn’t explain the absence of sympathy and prayers for Palestinians from many pro-Israel Christians. It doesn’t explain how a “defense” that results in worse suffering for the Palestinians than the Israelis originally were experiencing could be viewed as righteous. And it doesn’t explain how a bullet from an IDF gun could be viewed as not being their fault.
What would Jesus do? Would He be silent when people with the “wrong” nationality were dying? Would He bomb Gaza and say “whoops” when an 11-month baby was killed? NO!!He would proclaim peace for the nations, heal the sick, help the poor and bring salvation to the terrorists! Gaza doesn’t need war, Gaza needs revival! Support Pentecostals and Charismatics for Peace and Justice that are working hard to promote peace in the holy land. And pray eagerly for the end of suffering of all people in this horrible conflict.

Evangelicals have been brainwashed into thinking that Israel can do no wrong, just like the myth that U.S. military can do no wrong. Jesus wants us to embrace the truth and love all people as much as we love ourselves.

The General’s Son. Miko Peled is a peace activist who dares to say in public what others still choose to deny. Born in Jerusalem in 1961 into a well known Zionist family, his grandfather, Dr. Avraham Katsnelson was a Zionist leader and signer of the Israeli Declaration of Independence. His Father, Matti Peled, was a young officer in the war of 1948 and a general in the war of 1967 when Israel conquered the West Bank, Gaza, Golan Heights and Sinai.
Miko’s unlikely opinions reflect his father’s legacy. General Peled was a war hero turned peacemaker.
Miko grew up in Jerusalem, a multi-ethnic city, but had to leave Israel before he made his first Palestinian friend, the result of his participation in a dialogue group in California. He was 39.
On September 4, 1997 the beloved Smadar, 13, the daughter of Miko’s sister Nurit and her husband Rami Elhanan was killed in a suicide attack.
Peled insists that Israel/Palestine is one state—the separation wall notwithstanding, massive investment in infrastructure, towns and highways that bisect and connect settlements on the West Bank, have destroyed the possibility for a viable Palestinian state. The result, Peled says is that Israelis and Palestinians are governed by the same government but live under different sets of laws.
At the heart of Peled’s conclusion lies the realization that Israelis and Palestinians can live in peace as equals in their shared homeland.

Church Opens Doors 8 Months After Roof Collapse
The Abbott Loop Church has been ministering in Anchorage together for 53 years this November. It’s a milestone they were able to celebrate back in their home church following 8 months without a place to call home.
On March 2, following a record setting winter snowfall the roof collapsed over the auditorium where church services were held. Thankfully no one was hurt but seeing the church in ruins was painful for many people. …
Project managers said they plan to work through the winter on as much as they can. Project managers also said the collapse has given them the opportunity to create an even better building. The auditorium will now have huge windows for natural light and stadium seating. The new auditorium will also be able to provide a local charter school with a place for performing arts. …
Project managers expect to have everything complete by Christmas of next year.

When false teaching is discovered, it is to be exposed. At times, when a false prophet or teacher is detected, if unrepentant, they are also to be exposed. …
“Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.” 1 Timothy 5:20
It is a sin to condone and not expose deadly falsehoods propagated by leaders “who privily (secretly) shall bring in damnable heresies.” (2 Pet. 2:1) The divine purpose here is to identify and announce those who are marked for destruction so they don’t bring others with them. …
Who is to be marked?
“I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.” Galatians 1:6-9
Those who teach “any other gospel” are “accursed” of God and to be marked. The term “ANY other gospel” is incriminating, and cuts closer into the core of Christian leadership than many may want to acknowledge. Yet, any other gospel than that given by Christ and His apostles is false and identifies the one who espouses and teaches it as a deceiver. …
Naming Names? Is that Biblical?

- These “ENEMIES of the cross of Christ” must be marked by the LORD’s remnant no matter what the cost (Rom. 16:17-18). We are mandated to “mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine” of Christ in order to protect the sheep of the LORD’s pasture.
Have you ever personally counted the people the apostle Paul marked in the book of 2 Timothy? Try it. Read 2 Timothy (4 chapters) and keep a count of the deceivers Paul identifies by name. You will find several men named by name as deceivers in 2 Timothy alone. When the Holy Spirit moved upon Paul to foretell that “evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived,” he also led him to name some of those “enemies of the cross” in his and previous days (Phil. 3:17-20). The naming of these men is for an eternal memorial of the just wrath of the Almighty upon those who defame His holy name through deception and false teaching (2 Pet. 2, 3; Jude). When reading the Old Testament especially, we see a Redeemer who will destroy the enemies of His people – because He loves His people (Isa. 49:25; 54:17, etc.). This is the protective love of the LORD. Here is the list of the 8 evil doers the great apostle was inspired to justifiably identify by name in 2 Timothy:

Is it wrong to wear a bikini?
Male college students at Princeton University recently took part in studies of how the male brain reacts to seeing people wearing different amounts of clothing. The test subjects were placed in a brain scanner and for a fraction of a second were shown photographs of women in bikinis, as well as men and women dressed modestly.
When the young men viewed the scantily clad women, the part of their brain associated with tool use lit up. Even though some of the images were shown for as little as two-tenths of a second, the most easily remembered photographs were of bikini-clad women whose heads were cropped off the photos!
The purpose of the research, according to Susan Fiske, a professor of psychology at Princeton University, was to examine ways in which people view others as a means to an end. The findings of the research were presented during the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, held in Chicago.
Researchers also discovered that when some of the men viewed scantily clad females, the men’s medial pre-frontal cortex was deactivated. This is the region of the brain associated with analyzing a person’s thoughts, intentions, and feelings. Fiske remarked, “It is as if they are reacting to these women as if they are not fully human.” She added, “It is a preliminary study but it is consistent with the idea that they are responding to these photographs as if they were responding to objects rather than people.” …
Another study performed on undergraduate students at Princeton found that when men are shown images of women in bikinis, they associate the women with first-person verbs, such as I “push,” “handle,” and “grab.” When shown images of modestly dressed women, the men associated the images with the third-person forms of the verbs, such as she “pushes,” “handles,” and “grabs.” In other words, the fully-clothed women were seen as being in control of their own actions, whereas the immodest ones were to be acted upon.
Although scientists were surprised by these findings, they won’t come as a shock to those who know the origins of the bikini. Its inventor was a Frenchman named Louis Reard, who worked for his mom’s lingerie business. When he created the first two-piece bathing suit in 1946, he had to hire a stripper to debut the outfit, because no model was willing to wear it on the runway! After all, what kind of woman would wear her underwear in public, just because it became waterproof? Over half a century years ago, these French models took for granted what today’s scientists from Princeton find surprising. …
Just as bikinis cause some men’s brains to overlook a woman’s intentions and thoughts, modesty does just the opposite. It invites men to consider how much more a woman has to offer. If bikinis objectify women, modesty personalizes them. Therefore, women who wish to be taken seriously by men may want to reconsider the power of modesty. Its purpose is not to veil the woman’s body because it is bad. Quite the contrary! A modest woman is not hiding herself from men. She is revealing her dignity to them.
Nothing on earth approaches the beauty of the woman. …

Don’t Judge?

Do you know what the nonbeliever’s [and willfully sinning “Christians'”] favorite verse is? It is Matthew 7:1: “Do not judge others, and you will not be judged.” This verse is usually quoted after we say something like, “Well you know what? I don’t think that is right.”
This verse, however, is not telling us that we should not make judgments, because in other passages we read that as believers, we are indeed to make evaluations, to be discerning, and yes – to even make judgments. …
We are to judge, but we are not to condemn. In fact, a better translation of Matthew 7:1 would be: “Do not condemn others, and you will not be condemned.” I am in no position to condemn a person. But I am in a position to make judgments about things, situations, viewpoints, and even about people to some degree.
“Don’t judge!” is said by people who don’t like it when we dare to have a Christian worldview. [And “Don’t judge!” is said by willfully sinning ‘Christians’ who don’t like it when we dare to have a biblically Christian view.]
