SPIRITUALITY AND SORCERY

As John received revelation upon revelation sitting exiled upon the Isle of Patmos he issued a very strong warning to us in our day. He told us that our entire world would be deceived (lied to) through the sorceries that would come out of Babylon. (Rev. 18:23-24) He went on to say that the end result of this deception would be the demise of Prophets, Saints and many good men. In other words no one would be spared in this great deception by these sorceries. Remember that we were told that even the very elect would be deceived.
So what is this sorcery of which John warns?
The Greek translation of sorcery is “Pharmakia” which means “medicine from a pharmacy.” WHAT?! Does that mean the drugs we find in those pharmacies on nearly every street corner now? Is it talking about those same drugs with ads that run all day long on our TVs and in magazines that we see everywhere we look?! Is it any wonder then that these prescription drugs are now being reported as the biggest drug problem in America today? Is it any wonder that the whole world has been deceived about these drugs?
According to a 1995 study done by concerned pharmacists, prescription drugs, taken “as prescribed” rather than abused, are the third leading cause of death in this country, killing as many Americans every week as we lost at 9/11. The death toll of another 9/11 every week in this country! In light of this we need to ask who the real terrorists are when we are in a war over one week’s worth of these deaths while all the others go unnoticed, slaughtered and buried right under our noses. Is it any wonder the scriptures speak so sternly of sorcerers and sorcery?
January 17 this year we read in the New England Journal of Medicine that almost half of the studies done on one of America’s most popular group of drugs, antidepressants, were negative, yet when any of those negative studies were reported to the public the results were presented as positive. They also said the studies indicated that there was little evidence these drugs which bring in nearly $200 Million per day were more effective than placebo in treating depression.
Deception?
Deadly deception!
How deadly?
The most popular of these antidepressants, Effexor, now has “homicidal ideation” listed as a side effect. Homicidal ideation is not just killing someone, but it is having constant ruminating thoughts of killing and how to kill. Then a week later the FDA announced that they have been investigating many various types of medications for the potential of causing suicide. After learning that antidepressants increase suicidal potential by 2-3 times suddenly the FDA officials realized that multiple classes of medicines might cause dangerous psychiatric problems including suicide. Medicines to treat acne, hypertension, high cholesterol, swelling, heartburn, pain, bacterial infections and insomnia can all cause psychiatric problems, effects that were discovered in most cases after the drugs were approved and used in millions of patients.
Now, how could these medications produce such things? Simple. Antidepressants create a sleep disorder in which the patient acts out nightmares. It is called a REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (RBD) and 86% of those being diagnosed with the disorder are taking antidepressants.

As people begin to see how they have been lied to about the safety and effectiveness of these drugs and attempt to come off the drugs, what will the end result be? Knowing what I know about these drugs and the withdrawal from these drugs I can tell you that I for one DO NOT want to witness what we will see! If there has ever been a situation in the history of this world where we have so desperately needed to adhere to the command to be our “brother’s keeper” this is it! In doing so even if you are not the one taking the drug, the life you save may be your own or that of a loved one. Why? Because when someone goes psychotic in the withdrawal they can do anything. But why is this happening to us? Where did we go wrong?
For the answer we need to turn to Isaiah and read Isaiah 28:8 where, he, speaking of our day, says that we will rise up each day to get drunk (but he had already made it clear that this drunkenness would not be from wine or strong drink).
What would produce that drunken state then? Well when do people generally take their medications? First thing in the morning? These are mind altering medications. And what do the package inserts list as side effects? That is right – all the same effects one could expect from alcohol, but much stronger.
Isaiah then goes on to tell us why people would suffer the feelings of needing drugs. He says that our tables are “full of vomit” and there is nothing clean there.
Well, what is vomit? Vomit is food that either has already had the nutrients extracted or food that cannot be used by the body and is expelled because of that. And unclean? Look at the chemicals that have saturated our food supply.

One extremely critical point for all Christians to understand is the serotonin connection to spirituality. These drugs work by increasing levels of the neurotransmitter serotonin. But 50% of the serotonin is metabolized by the pineal gland.
What is the pineal gland? It is the master gland of the body known as the “seat of the soul” or our connection to higher, spiritual thoughts. In Eastern religions it is known as the Third Eye and is located right in the center of the brain.
The question we need to ask is that if the Pineal gland is overloaded with large amounts of serotonin produced by these drugs, does it interfere with that spiritual connection?
According to patients using these drugs it does. They continually report that they can no longer feel God. One perfect example that comes to mind is that of Elizabeth Bush, the 14 year old girl who shot her best friend at the private Catholic school they attended.
Elizabeth’s hero in life was Mother Theresa. Elizabeth planned to devote her life to God and become a nun. So how did she go from that point to a charge of attempted murder almost overnight?
I called her attorney when this happened and told him what happened was likely the result of the use of one of these antidepressants. He did not show much interest, but said he would check. Then the following week Elizabeth was interviewed on 20/20 where she made the statement that she could “no longer feel God anymore.”
Immediately I called her attorney back and told him I no longer had any question about whether or not his client had been on an antidepressant nor any question about its contribution to causing this tragedy. With that new evidence about her inability to feel God anymore, in my mind, I knew.
He asked me to hold for a minute and when he returned he said rustling papers, “Paxil. Is Paxil one of those drugs?”
So, as dangerous and life-threatening as these drugs can be, even worse is the possibility that we can be severed from the spiritual by these drugs. Not only can they produce physical death, but also spiritual death.
Where did we go wrong?
Clearly we have underestimated Satan and his potential to pull us into his web of deceit and debauchery. Just because he is evil, does not mean he is stupid. He has much knowledge, far more than we do. Not more power than we do, because we do have the strength to overcome all with the help of the Savior. But we must be constantly aware of his cunning craftiness when it comes to his power to deceive. This awful situation in which we now find ourselves is a call for humility and faith and a reminder to always turn to the Savior in ALL things rather than trusting in the arm of flesh.

Many can remember the ad with the slogan, “You’ve come a long way, baby.”
America’s culture has come a long way since the 60s. For decades it has resembled a filthy sewer and shows no signs of returning to decency. Children are being sexualized with markets targeting little girls as young as kindergarten age. Cable television (which includes ABC, CBS, NBC) has become nothing more than a purveyor of soft porn. Sexual imagery is everywhere. The filth used to be confined to porn channels like HBO, Cinemax and others which I have never had in my home. Now, it’s the ‘big three’ (ABC, CBS, NBC) and all the other networks that consistently pump sin and sex into households every night of the week.
I always wonder how any parent can allow their child or teen to watch what’s offered up by the stupid tube? I suppose it’s actually rather simple. Yesterday’s children and teens become parents. They also sat in front of the sex machine (TV) and apparently see nothing wrong with their children being indoctrinated into the world of sex and sin at 10 or 12. Is it any wonder preteens and teens get pregnant? Those teen mothers grow up and have teens that get pregnant. It’s a vicious cycle that has brought horrible consequences for girls and boys right through adult hood.

Has the sexual revolution been good for American women? Not at all. In fact, when you look at the facts it becomes clear that the sexual revolution has been an absolute disaster for American women. In the United States today, men have been trained to primarily view women as sex objects, and our culture has become exceedingly promiscuous. As a result, the United States leads the world in teen pregnancy, there are 19 million new STD infections every single year, more than half of all children born to women under the age of 30 are being born out of wedlock and we are witnessing the systematic breakdown of the family unit in America. And yet anyone that tries to teach our young women that they should dress modestly and keep themselves pure for marriage is severely criticized. Well, if all Americans actually did keep themselves pure until marriage, we wouldn’t have nearly the problems with STDs, teen pregnancy and abortion that we do today. The consequences of teaching our young women that they should be “free” to run around and sleep with a whole bunch of different men have been dramatic. The following are 25 signs that American women are being destroyed by the sexual revolution and our promiscuous culture…
#1 There are 19 million new STD infections in the United States every single year. Approximately half of them happen to young people in the 15 to 24-year-old age bracket.
#2 It costs the U.S. health care system approximately $17,000,000,000 every single year to treat sexually transmitted diseases.
#3 There were more than 1.4 million cases of chlamydia reported in the United States in 2011. An astounding 33 percent of those cases involved Americans that were younger than 20 years of age.
#4 It is estimated that about one out of every six Americans between the ages of 14 and 49 have genital herpes.
#5 24,000 American women become infertile each year due to undiagnosed STDs.
#6 In the United States today, approximately 47 percent of all high school students have had sex.
#7 Sadly, one out of every four teen girls in the U.S. has at least one sexually transmitted disease.
#8 According to one survey, 24 percent of all U.S. teens that have STDs say that they still have unprotected sex.
#9 Amazingly, one out of every five teen girls in the U.S. actually wants to be a teenage mother.
#10 If you can believe it, the United States has the highest teen pregnancy rate on the entire planet. In fact, the United States has a teen pregnancy rate that is more than twice as high as Canada, more than three times as high as France and more than seven times as high as Japan.
#11 When men don’t have to wait until they get married to have sex, then they are likely to delay marriage or never get married at all. According to the Pew Research Center, only 51 percent of all Americans that are at least 18 years old are currently married. Back in 1960, 72 percent of all U.S. adults were married.
#12 Today, an all-time low 44.2 percent of all Americans between the ages of 25 and 34 are married.
#13 In the United States today, more than half of all couples “move in together” before they get married.
#14 The divorce rate for couples that live together first is significantly higherthan for those that do not.
#15 America has the highest divorce rate on the globe by a wide margin.
#16 For women under the age of 30 living in the United States today, more than half of all babies are being born out of wedlock.
#17 At this point, more than one out of every four children in the United States is being raised by a single parent.
#18 Approximately 42 percent of all single mothers in the United States are on food stamps.
#19 The sexual revolution has caused women to be primarily looked at as sex objects. In this kind of environment, it should be no surprise that there has been an absolute explosion of pornography in recent years. An astounding 30 percent of all Internet traffic now goes to pornography websites, and the U.S. produces more pornography than any other nation has in the history of the world.
#20 One survey discovered that 25 percent of all employees that have Internet access in America visit sex websites while they are at work.
#21 Overall, more than 50 million babies have been killed in America since Roe v. Wade was decided in 1973.
#22 When you total up all forms of abortion, including those caused by the abortion drug RU 486, the grand total comes to more than a million abortionsperformed in the United States every single year.
#23 The number of American babies killed by abortion each year is roughly equal to the number of U.S. military deaths that have occurred in all of the wars that the United States has ever been involved in combined.
#24 It has been reported that a staggering 41 percent of all New York City pregnancies end in abortion.
#25 One study found that 86 percent of all abortions are done for the sake of convenience.

I wonder how many pastors having taken these, having chemically dulled their consciences — instead of getting right with people, so they will feel right:
There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. (Romans 8:1)
Perhaps this is a forgiving-others key: if they’ve dulled their consciences, perhaps to that extent they don’t know what they are doing — though still responsible.
The pharmacist stated over a decade ago in the quote, below:
I feel that in twenty years or less we will be confronted not with one Hitler but with thousands or millions… numbers so great that we will be forced to interact with their distorted thinking on a daily basis.
And some are now our pastors.

In the latter half of the show, Dr. Ann Blake Tracy talked about the violent side effects of prescription antidepressants. Tracy recalled uncovering a link between Prozac and psychosis. The drug causes hypoglycemia which in turn makes one crave alcohol, she said, noting how the combination of Prozac and drinking can send someone into a psychotic break. SSRI-type antidepressants impair the body’s ability to breakdown serotonin (which many researchers believe plays a role in depression), she explained. According to Tracy, this causes a build-up of serotonin in the brain with affects similar to using hallucinogenic drugs LSD or PCP. Research shows that elevated serotonin is found in cases of schizophrenia, mood disorders, organic brain disease, mental retardation, and autism, she reported, pointing out that even docile rabbits became aggressive when their serotonin levels were raised. Tracy suggested that depression is most often associated with low blood sugar and can in some ways be dealt with by healthy dietary changes.

This discussion is EXCELLENT — to understand what is really going on. I attended a mind-control conference in the ’90s, where victims spoke — perhaps the same one Russ attended, but earlier. Russ explains how programmed multiples (multiple personality) have been planted in churches.
Few pastors will touch this — let alone lead the people to be holy and close enough to God so we can see fully and clearly enough what we’re up against — able to overcome. Most pastors don’t seem to want to see the value of those who have keen discernment of spirits gifts, those gifted to see darkness, so we can be free.
Pastors are generally weak in the discernment of spirits gifting, which is a key component of their likeableness. They don’t recognize the body. Most are actually disqualified to lead. The body of Christ is only complete when all of the giftings are functioning together (1 Cor. 12).

While the main personality is supposed to be amnesiac to the other identities, when they receive a specific trigger this can set off one of the programmed personas, he continued. Regarding the ritual aspect, “the reason they use the demonic energizing is for the power…and supernatural strength behind it,” he remarked. Psychiatric Drugs & Violence
First hour guest, Dr. Peter Breggin talked about the recent shootings and their possible relationship to psychiatric drugs. He lamented that the Obama administration has been pushing psychiatry as part of the effort to make schools safer. But psychiatrists typically prescribe medications to children, which “vastly empowers the drug companies,” and it’s fascistic to rely on psychiatry to police us, he commented. Further, data shows that people on antidepressants are 840% more likely to commit violence than if they were on other types of prescription drugs, he noted, adding that increased aggression and hostility were associated with antidepressants, stimulants, and mood stabilizers.

I just had a personal prayer breakthrough, praying towards the root of improper concepts that are putting people to sleep to a degree that I probably never have before.
There are people who pray against (James-3 curse) people to not investigate various concepts and/or even events to see what is really going on — to keep people in the dark: the situation we’re really in with God for not caring about what we’ve done and supported overseas in these wars is just one example. I was watching a documentary on Abu Ghraib when I got the idea to pray more thoroughly about this than ever before. And that led to prayers about other “Schultz – ‘I know nothing; I see nothing; I hear nothing'” blockages.
I can post truth every day, but if people feel compelled to look the other way because others have ‘prayed’ that they would close their hearts….
There are bullies and scoffers who want people to be in the dark, for whatever reason about many things. We don’t have to know who the truth stoppers are, but we can pray for whomever they are to set many free!

I haven’t been watching IHOP much lately. I only find some of what is sung there anointed — the prayer times, especially — never any repentance for supporting the Bush wars and torture.
But this “Spirit without measure” phrase is very foundational for the revival to happen. ‘ONE’ is going to happen where the people are truly ONE with each other, in Christ. We need to love everyone as much as ourselves, not just a select few — and God with ALL of our heart.
Also strangely missing are prayers for us to get right with fellow believers who have been hurt — to admit we were wrong so we can be clean — fearless — abiding in Christ, lifting holy hands to the Lord.
No one wants to talk about reconciliation, which was the key to the Welsh revival and Asbury.

Passing on a spiritual message. Christ’s words years ago are alive today, “Why are you so fearful? How is it you have no faith?”
FEAR and FAITH are OPPOSITES. It’s why His people are told to go forward “strong and with good courage”. (For instance, chapter 31 of DT says this 3 times and the first chapter of Joshua says it 4 times.)
I’m often asked, “How does one deal with the New World Order?” Faith overcomes the world, and by extension the World Order (NWO). Faith in contrast with fear. As it is written in prophecy, “Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer.” REV 2:10. Now why do we all need to have these repeated?
Well, there is no doubt that struggles and pain face us. (Christ told me I’d get to suffer with everyone in order to empathize, so I have been richly blessed with empathy.) The storms will come; and what will serve us best? Fear or faith? You know already…and if you were a child, you’d want parents to take you thru the storm who were strong and of good courage.
This is why Churchill’s [actually FDR – editor] words were so inspirational, “We have nothing to fear, but fear itself.”
I think of Moses being asked to leave his comfort and freedom to face a cruel powerful man who delusionally believed he deserved worship as god. I think of my forefathers who left comfort to create farms out of the dusty hot prairie wastes of Kansas.
It’s our turn my friends, let us be strong and of good courage.
I just watched a documentary on Walmart, in which they showed a large group of the ‘associates,’ all reciting the ‘Sam Pledge’ out loud — “so help me Sam” (deceased 1992).
Replacing the name of God with a dead man’s in their carefully crafted employee pledge…

Islam will overwhelm Christendom unless Christians recognize the demographic realities, begin reproducing again, and share the gospel with Muslims.
Our military is sick to the core. But what can we expect when we order and pay them to murder hundreds of thousands of innocent people, including children?
In their guilt, they look for a high to try to feel good, even to the point of paying for illegal child porn. What else are they doing to try to feel good?
And the government is so corrupt they stopped the investigation.
The only way to appease a guilty conscience, to feel fully good is to truly repent — become right with God and all people. Jesus will forgive any sin, but only if we sincerely and fully repent, asking forgiveness.

Gandhi is known around the world as the master of “nonviolence.” And yet, in the face of being threatened with bullying attacks, even Gandhi directly advocated the use of violence in the defense of the innocent. Had Gandhi been alive today and witnessed the senseless loss of life at Sandy Hook Elementary school, he would have advocated arming the principal and giving her a chance to protect innocent lives through the use of defensive violent action.

“I do believe that where there is only a choice between cowardice and violence I would advise violence,” Gandhi wrote in his famous work, Doctrine of the Sword.
He continues:
…When my eldest son asked me what he should have done, had he been present when I was almost fatally assaulted in 1908, whether he should have run away and seen me killed or whether he should have used his physical force which he could and wanted to use, and defended me, I told him that it was his duty to defend me even by using violence.
Gandhi advocated “training in arms” to defend liberty
Gandhi also advocated justified violence over the “cowardice” of submission. Again, this is in his own words:
…Hence also do I advocate training in arms for those who believe in the method of violence. I would rather have India resort to arms in order to defend her honor than that she should in a cowardly manner become or remain a helpless witness to her own dishonor. – M.K. Gandhi, The Doctrine of the Sword.
Gandhi also explains that someone who cannot use violence to defend themselves or their family is a helpless coward and a “worm.”

…He who cannot protect himself or his nearest and dearest or their honour by non-violently facing death may and ought to do so by violently dealing with the oppressor. He who can do neither of the two is a burden. He has no business to be the head of a family. He must either hide himself, or must rest content to live for ever in helplessness and be prepared to crawl like a worm at the bidding of a bully …
[When violence] is offered in self-defence or for the defence of the defenceless, it is an act of bravery far better than cowardly submission.
In his own words, Gandhi advocated facing danger with measured violence (i.e. shooting back)

…A man who, when faced by danger, behaves like a mouse, is rightly called a coward.
Not knowing the stuff of which nonviolence is made, many have honestly believed that running away from danger every time was a virtue compared to offering resistance, especially when it was fraught with danger to one’s life. As a teacher of nonviolence I must, so far as it is possible for me, guard against such an unmanly belief.
Self-defence … is the only honourable course where there is unreadiness for self-immolation.
You got that? Even Gandshi advocated self defense, even if it involved acts of violence. This is why, if Gandhi were alive today, he would have advocated arming school principals to defend innocent life (the children) against psychopathic killers.

I LOVE these guys! They’re not going-to-heaven Christians yet [I knew Pete would say something bad at the end], but my guess is they will be after ‘ONE’ happens.

POPE CALLS FOR A WORLD GOVERNMENT
Conservative Catholics are concerned about yet another indication by the Pope that he supports world government. As the AP noted, “Pope Benedict XVI, has called for the establishment of World Government and a New World Order. In a speech made at the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace on Monday December 3 2012, the Pope called for the ‘construction of a world community, with a corresponding authority,’ to serve the ‘common good of the human family’ [dangerous words without proper conditions and limitations].”
The Pope limited his call to a “moral force” or moral authority that has the “power to influence in accordance with reason, that is, a participatory authority, limited by law in its jurisdiction.” this is a bit naive. I know of no modern example of world government proposals or existing regional governments like the EU where the proponents are amenable to strict limits in law or jurisdiction that would satisfy the demands of American constitutionalists that demand individual liberty.
The AP also noted that “These latest remarks made by the Pope and the Catholic Church come as no surprise considering that in 2010 the Catholic Church sought the establishment of a new Central World Bank that would be responsible for regulating the global financial industry and the international money supply”…. [as well as] “a supranational authority” which would have worldwide scope and “universal jurisdiction” to guide and control global economic policies and decisions. The proposed body (World Government) would not be a superpower [pretty naive], concentrated in the hands of a few, which would dominate all peoples, exploiting the weakest.”
Those are all socialist catchwords (exploitation, concentrations of power in the hands of a few, etc). But his vision is clearly a dangerous step into the future. Once you give supranational authority to a body and a crisis arises where it lacks enforcement power, the natural step is to grant it regulatory, taxation, police and military powers. That’s how you get to a militarized and ugly New World Order. The crisis they will provoke is a world war.
Gospel ‘freedom’ is freedom from demons — free in Christ!

Pastor Dale Lee McFarland was an up-and-coming star in the “Purpose Driven Church” movement, having left his position as a Microsoft executive to launch a thriving megachurch in Arizona and travel the world with evangelical superstar Rick Warren to train others in the methods of “The Purpose Driven Life.”
McFarland’s congregation, Radiant Church in Surprise, Ariz., had even boasted of receiving the Church Health Award from Purpose Driven Ministries and had grown to be one of the largest Assemblies of God churches in the country.
But earlier this year, a couple in the church filed a lawsuit, Courthouse News reports, alleging McFarland told the wife to have sex with him with “God’s approval” and divorce her husband. …
Warren, the founder and pastor of Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, Calif., is also the author of “The Purpose Driven Life,” claimed to be the best-selling nonfiction book in world history, next to the Bible. …
But Warren’s critics have claimed his Purpose Driven ministry emphasizes only doing good, while dodging the kind of biblical repentance that is needed for a person – or a pastor – to have their life transformed by Christ. The Purpose Driven Church model, or PDC, discounts the fear of the Lord, Warren’s critics say, while encouraging pastors to become “masters” of their churches instead of servants.
James Sundquist, author of “Who’s Driving the Purpose Driven Church?” is one of the voices in a new video by producer Elliott Nesch called “Church of Tares,” which asserts Warren has built his organizations upon secular business management philosophies rather than the foundation of Jesus Christ, resulting in “a great compromise of the Great Commission.”
…there is an indirect connection in that Purpose Driven pastors are pastor as master and [are taught] psychotherapy and enforced covenants, [which can be] used to exploit a vulnerable member. McFarland’s struggles are not unique to Purpose Driven churches, but PDC is a template for abuse.”
“The fear of the Lord and the wrath of God and the total depravity of man are either not taught at all or are watered down in Warren’s PDC programs, so that church growth formulas and seeker-sensitive people are not offended,” Sundquist continued. “Now all of the right sermons on fear of the Lord and the wrath of God could be preached and adultery could still happen, but … if these things are not preached, how can we be surprised that these things happen in a church?”

Romans 11:19-23
You will say then, “Branches [Israel] were broken off, that I [gentiles] might be grafted in.” True; by their unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by your faith. Don’t be conceited, but fear; for if God didn’t spare the natural branches, neither will he spare you.
See then the GOODNESS and SEVERITY of God. Toward those who fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in his goodness; otherwise you also will be cut off.
They also, if they don’t continue in their unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again.
