Lying: What's politically acceptable vs. what's Biblically acceptable

“It’s even politically acceptable for anybody in business to lie.
And it’s acceptable.
It’s mind-blowing.”

‘CARNAL’ CHRISTIANS – Saved or Not?

The following quote from Leonard Ravenhill caused the biggest
reaction yet on our Facebook page. We are now discussing it on
our new website – where ANYONE can now comment (not just
members). Here is the quote and a few replies to kick things off!-

The QUOTE:

“Get rid of this bunkum about the ‘carnal Christian’. Forget it! If
you’re carnal, you’re not saved.” – Leonard Ravenhill.

Some REPLIES:

A.M – “Well the Bible is white and black, there is no gray, either
you’re with Christ or you are against Him.
“He who is not with me is against me, and he who does not gather
with me, scatters.””

R.B – “I have enjoyed reading through all the comments regarding
this qoute. In my opinion, and correct me if am wrong Andrew, but
I feel that the meaning of this qoute is refing to those who habitually
live in carnality. I think that every Christian falls into carnallity from
time to time, does that make them “unsaved”? I don’t think so.”

L.C – “Well I don’t agree on this one! The Bible speaks of carnal
“Christians”! In 1 Corinthians 3:1-3 Paul is speaking to the
Corinthian BELIEVERS when he tells them he couldn’t speak to
them as spiritual (one governed by the Spirit) but as carnal, mere
infants in Christ.”

A.M – “If you read 1 corinthians Paul is rebuking them for
being carnal, not condoning it.”

Olive Branch – “Without the phrase (‘Carnal Christian’) many so
called Christians have no way of justifying their sin.”

– Have something important to say on this?

I re-wrote the Romans 8 portion of "Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way" — What Romans 8 really says…

[…]
This is what Paul really says.

Rom. 8:1 There is therefore now *no condemnation* to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death. 3 For what the law couldn’t do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh; 4 that the ordinance of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. 6 For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace….

12 So then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. 13 For if you live after the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God. 15 For you didn’t receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, “Abbaa! Father!”

16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God; 17 and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if indeed we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified with him. 18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us. 19 For the creation waits with eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.

Excerpt from Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way

Romans 8:1 is one of the most commonly mistaught scriptures, largely because of certain faulty modern Bible translations like Rupert Murdoch’s NIV:

“There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.” The NIV stops there, but the KJV, NKJV and others keep Paul’s complete thought: who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.” (WEB)

And we know this is the correct interpretation to what Paul means to be in Christ Jesus because of what Paul also says in verse four: “that the ordinance of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”

Most pastors are teaching that the “no condemnation” from being “in Christ Jesus,” is automatic because Christ died for us and we accepted his free gift. But that’s not what Paul taught at all. It is so clear.

Those “who are in Christ Jesus” have “no condemnation” because they “don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit”—by God’s grace, of course.

Most ‘Christians,’ today, rightfully feel condemnation because they are in one or more areas walking after the flesh and not putting to death the misdeads of the body by the Holy Spirit. Compare what Paul says in Galatians 5:

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 Those who belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts. 25 If we live by the Spirit, let’s also walk by the Spirit.

Most pastors are confidence men (con-men) who go to great lengths to convince the people that the condemnation they feel is really from the Devil, because born-again Christians can’t be under condemnation because of what Paul says in Romans 8:1a. They’re totally deceiving the public.

Most ‘Christians’ and pastors constantly live in condemnation. And instead of living totally clean and getting right with those they’ve hurt so they can be free from condemnation, they actually seek comfort from the positive-encouragement K-LOVE propaganda that tells listeners that we’re okay with God no matter what. The “never let go” songs are so popular, while we should really be listening to our-heart-to-God’s real worship music, which hardly gets played at all. Most ‘Christians’ can’t worship in Spirit and in truth because their hearts aren’t right.

“If therefore you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift. (Mt. 5:23, 24)

In ‘church,’ today, it’s all about “I’m okay, you’re okay,” and this simply is not true. “God’s people” aren’t even repenting from supporting the United States’ immoral, reverse-Christian wars. Abortion is deemed so bad while it’s okay to kill hundreds of thousands of full grown humans who never did anything to us, and who are mostly now in Hell (abortion is despicable, but at least the babies go to heaven). We slaughtered them in the name of God and country. America gets what it deserves. We are now becoming a police state, and the end of America may soon be at hand, all because the ‘Christians’ are no longer salt and light. See: The Red Gate Prophecy — What If I Open It Just a Little Bit?

The fear of God has been removed from pastors’ vocabularies and from the songs that are played. The Bible has been gutted. Satan knew he couldn’t get away with adding words to the Bible, so instead, he took them out, largely through his servants, Wescott and Hort.

Paul continues to explain who goes to heaven in the middle of Romans 8, as well as in Romans 11, but pastors are leading the church astray by focusing instead on Romans 8:1a and the last part of the chapter which says nothing can separate us from the love of Christ; though, Paul was referring to those who are truly in Christ Jesus according to what he had previously said in chapter 8.

Americans are getting brainwashed/ mind-controlled. That is what is happening in most churches and on most ‘Christian’ radio and TV today. The deception in the last days is indeed great and almost universal! “Come out from them and be separate” is the remedy.

This is what Paul really says.

Romans 8:1-19

Rom. 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

Rom. 11:1; 20-23

1 I ask then, Did God reject his people? May it never be! For I also am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. …
20 True; by their unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by your faith. Don’t be conceited, but fear; 21 for if God didn’t spare the natural branches [the Jews], neither will he spare you. 22 See then the goodness and severity of God. Toward those who fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in his goodness; otherwise you also will be cut off. 23 They also, if they don’t continue in their unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again.

The New Testament teaches that Jesus was an example on earth that we should follow in his steps. And having read the warning scriptures that describe what will happen to us if we fall away, “working out our salvation with fear and trembling” as the Holy Spirit enables us to makes total sense.

Hell Vision

October 31, 2010
PS
Twenty-eight days ago, the Holy Spirit showed me a vision in my slumber:
My wife and I were in a hotel without measure, it stretched beyond the horizon and was filled with all the desires of one’s heart; the number of rooms were countless.
On several occasions, I left the hotel and my wife followed; however, each time she returned to the room.  As I walked through the maze again to the exit, people were flowing into the hotel like a flood, but only a few could find their way out, for the exit became more and more complex to navigate, due to the multitude of distractions – if only they would follow the light!
I noticed my wife had turned around again.  When I returned to the room, my wife was laying on the bed and there was a man, a hotel employee, standing in the room.  My wife appeared to be in a trance and unclothed herself.  I asked her, what are you doing? Upon hearing my voice she clothed herself.  I then turned to the man and said what is going on?  He said, nothing is going on.  He walked into the bathroom and said, it is not what it looks like, as he vainly looked into the mirror.  When I looked into his eyes and his into mine, I saw the birth of his fear.  He said please don’t kill me, I don’t want to die.  I replied, what are you talking about, all I want to know is what is going on?
He ran from the room and I followed him.  He kept saying, I don’t want to die.  His eyes now showed an insurmountable avalanche of fear, as if his spirit became aware.  It then appeared he could not control his body, as if a powerful dark entity took over.  He placed the bible into his mouth and as it touched his lips, it burst into flames!  The fire engulfed his head, and with his other hand, he placed a pistol into his mouth through the burning bible and pulled the trigger!  I saw his soul leave his body and the Holy Spirit instructed me to follow his soul into hell, deep into the earth.  The demons told him we’ve been waiting for you.  There was wailing and gnashing of teeth, as his skin and muscles and sinews melted from his bones, and fell into a bloody heap, while his eyes beheld the terror, which were the last things to melt!  I felt he could see me, though the demons were not aware of my presence, for I was shielded by the Holy Spirit!  The demons then turned to each other and said, it is time.  As far as my eyes could see in hell, the demons were boarding what appeared to be ancient tunnel boring machines.  When the doors closed, they started to bore into the roof of hell.  The Holy Spirit instructed me to follow them, they bored through the layers of earth and when the machines broke the surface, I was awakened by the Holy Spirit to pray!
Oh my soul cried out to Jesus!  I prayed for God’s people and the lost souls on the outer edges of darkness!  I prayed for God’s watchmen and prayer warriors!  I prayed for spiritual edification and confirmation.  I looked at the clock, it was after 3 am.  The next day the Holy Spirit led me to a prayer warrior; she edified that our loved ones are being seduced back to the world.  I prayed for God’s will and strength and for further edification.  The Holy Spirit told me that the hotel represents the world, and we are in this world, but not of this world, for our true home is in heaven.  That our life in this realm of the flesh wars against the soul and our time here is but a vapor.  That God’s people are destroyed by the lack of knowledge and how easily we are distracted by the lust of this world.  That the man in the vision represents ministers that preach false teachings and doctrines that lead His people astray.  That many churches are the gateways to hell, woe unto them!
My brother, you are 1 of 3, the Holy Spirit instructed me on who to witness to and of the timing.  God be with you for we stand as free beings in Christ, proclaiming the good news of salvation across all the land, fighting the good fight with the strength of the lion of The tribe of Judah, for there is live saving, soul redeeming POWER in the BLOOD of JESUS – Hallelujah!
Your brother in Christ Jesus,

Joe Schimmel: The Great Deception—Once Saved, Always Saved

Salvation: 1 of 4 popular formulas — OR — being right with God and people, by His grace/enablement, "working out our own salvation through fear and trembling?" (Paul's words)

I just have to say something.
I’m having an email discussion with a friend about who goes to heaven, and so much of what he’s saying is based on a formula, instead of “am I right with God because I’m really right with God and people?”
There are many formulas out there. In Lutheranism, it’s about getting infant baptized and confirmation — and perhaps communion. Based on this, Luther said: Martin Luther: Sin Boldly — “No sin can separate us from Him, even if we were to kill or commit adultery thousands of times each day”.
In Catholicism, it’s also largely about baptism and the eucharist. Some still practice confession, but this is to a ‘priest’ (which have been done away with in the New Covenant where Jesus is our Priest), and rarely are those confessing actually told to get right with those they hurt. Say a certain number of “Hail Mary’s” or whatever and you’re scot free. Sad.
And for many evangelicals, it’s mainly about getting truly born-again, getting ‘saved.’ “It’s all about what He did for me.” “Grace.” “He’ll never let go; He’ll never let go; never let go….” Romans 8:1 has been gutted to put the responsibility all on God: “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.”
Another popular formula is Calvinism, which has always been to me so unbelievably out there, perhaps because I didn’t grow up among it. It shocks me when I find people who actually believe this. It’s kind of an ego/hubris thing, at least for many. Calvinists seem to think they are special because God chose them. In their way of thinking, Jesus didn’t die for everyone, just those Whom He chose, the elect, and God will be faithful to complete His work in them no matter how they respond, as long as they are truly chosen.
In my article,  Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way | Who are the Children of God?, I chose to simply show what the Bible straightforwardly says about who goes to heaven and who really are God’s children.
Most of the above formulas are pulled mainly from a few key texts, some of which are in Paul’s introductions, in which he is just starting to formulate his ideas. We need to look at the development of Paul’s thought and particularly tune into his conclusions, which, by the way, agree with those of Jesus, John, James, the writer of Hebrews, etc..
These conclusions are that we need to truly be right with God to go to heaven. “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.”
The Devil wants us to focus on formulas and abstract theories, while Christianity and salvation is actually more simple, more straightforward — common sense.
Christianity is about relationships: having a right relationship with God and with those around us. Then we can rest. Then we are abiding in Him — “in Christ Jesus.”
Will we have faith to enter when it is our time to be judged? Will our conscience condemn us, or will we stand before Him clean? Then our names won’t be removed from the Book of Life (Rev. 3:1-6). Numerous scriptures point this out.
We’ll have faith because we’re clean — not just because of what Jesus did — but because we lived in Him, righteous, by His grace we overcame. We didn’t shrink back. We made sure that we stayed right with Him. We’re supposed to walk like Jesus walked. We can’t just do our own thing and think it’s okay because of some formula. “Without holiness, no man will see God.”
He died so we might have life — living in the Son. “Those who are Christ’s have crucified their flesh” (Gal. 5). We must obey. Obedience isn’t an option, because Christianity is about right relationships, not whether we fit into a formula, the demonic spins designed to distract us from what really is important.
Christianity is loving the Lord, our God with all of our heart, soul, mind and strength, and our neighbor as ourselves.
Because ‘Christianity’ has largely abandoned the Greatest Two Commandments criteria, our society reflects this, and America is on its last breath.
Regarding predestination and election, I don’t think any of us fully understand it. I don’t think we’re supposed to. The main thing to realize is that when Paul warned Christians about falling away, he was writing to Christians whom he considered the predestined elect. What Paul wrote applied to them, then, and applies to us today.
We don’t need to understand foreknowledge, predestination and election. I’m not concerned about it. I believe that Jesus died for everyone, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to the knowledge of the truth.
I’m concerned with how Jesus, Paul, John, the writer to the Hebrews, James and others said we should live — and their warnings apply to us. What happens if we choose to not obey? This is what we should all be focusing on — getting it all right — living so right.
Then ONE will happen, and no matter what comes down in these coming years, we’ll be spiritually ready — eternally secure.
I know that I have a free will, and I know that I’m truly born again, just as very many really are. If I wanted to, I could live a willfully disobedient life and then go to Hell. But I choose to work out my salvation through fear and trembling (Paul’s words). And each day I have to overcome.
It’s not easy, but it will be when we’re all living in Christ together — ONE. “Then the world will know” and we will be so full of joy!
We should be focused on living Jesus’ Greatest Two Commandments instead of justifying our rightness based upon some doctrine-of-demons formula.
Let’s be real Christians!
Jeff

The Collapse Of Western Morality
By Paul Craig Roberts

…permit me to acknowledge that the US dropped nuclear bombs on two Japanese cities, fire-bombed Tokyo, that Great Britain and the US fire-bombed Dresden and a number of other German cities, expending more destructive force, according to some historians, against the civilian German population than against the German armies, that President Grant and his Civil War war criminals, Generals Sherman and Sheridan, committed genocide against the Plains Indians, that the US today enables Israel’s genocidal policies against the Palestinians, policies that one Israeli official has compared to 19th century US genocidal policies against the American Indians, that the US in the new 21st century invaded Iraq and Afghanistan on contrived pretenses, murdering countless numbers of civilians, and that British prime minister Tony Blair lent the British army to his American masters, as did other NATO countries, all of whom find themselves committing war crimes under the Nuremberg standard in lands in which they have no national interests, but for which they receive an American pay check.

I don’t mean these few examples to be exhaustive. I know the list goes on and on. Still, despite the long list of horrors, moral degradation is reaching new lows. The US now routinely tortures prisoners, despite its strict illegality under US and international law, and a recent poll shows that the percentage of Americans who approve of torture is rising. Indeed, it is quite high, though still just below a majority.

And we have what appears to be a new thrill: American soldiers using the cover of war to murder civilians. Recently American troops were arrested for murdering Afghan civilians for fun and collecting trophies such as fingers and skulls. …

The US government, a font of imperial hubris [def. – excessive pride or self-confidence; arrogance], does not believe that any act it commits, no matter how vile, can possibly be a war crime. One million dead Iraqis, a ruined country, and four million displaced Iraqis are all justified, because the “threatened” US Superpower had to protect itself from nonexistent weapons of mass destruction that the US government knew for a fact were not in Iraq and could not have been a threat to the US if they were in Iraq. …

Some sports teams now have a win-at-all-cost attitude that involves plans to injure the star players of the opposing teams. …

Americans will be the first people sent straight to Hell while thinking that they are the salt of the earth. The Americans have even devised a title for themselves to rival that of the Israelis’ self-designation as “God’s Chosen People.” The Americans call themselves “the indispensable people.”

Who really goes to heaven? Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way

"Abbott Loop must be ONE." Let's escape the deception and go onto unity!

I’ve desired to write this post ever since I heard this message, but I wanted to post the ALCC-goals photo first. I’m tired of being called ‘divisive’ when I’ve been calling for unity all along. And we can only be unified when we realize that loving each other as much as we love ourselves isn’t an option if we are to be going-to-heaven, real Christians. And this has not been done.
Do we mean this or not? Many are waiting:

The only way I see John-17 unity happening (short of a total collapse of our nation) is for us to get certain doctrines right, especially our salvation doctrine, which
This is why who goes to heaven is such a big key. It’s not only about where we spend eternity, but it’s about getting real Christianity happening now, which I believe will bring about the Third Great Awakening happening now — here in Anchorage? Why not? We can do it!

What I’m addressing here was said publicly (it’s even online at abbottloop.org… and as a podcast), so I’m responding publicly. We can’t let our egos get in the way. This is about life and death. This is the greatest deception that I’m convinced is the fundamental reason for the fall of America, let alone the horrendous stats of such a tiny percentage of ‘Christians’ actually going to heaven. See How Many Will Be in Heaven? How Many Find the WAY? Only 1 in 40 — 2.5%?!!
Pastor Joshua Tanner said this in his Sunday message, 7/18/10, entitled: Collossians 2:1-10 “United in Him”:

“Verse 4 [of Col. 2]: ‘Now this I say lest anyone should deceive you with persuasive words.’

You know that I really think deception is the key thing that the Devil wants to bring into the church, because he knows that Jesus has got your heart.

I think [it’s] virtually impossible to deceive someone so much that they lose their salvation. This is my personal opinion.” (And Josh has taught this before. See my link, below.)

The truth is that we don’t have to wonder about what the Bible says. The Bible specifically teaches that it’s easy to lose ones salvation. And Paul directly answers this question in Galatians:

7 Don’t be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. 8 For he who sows to his own flesh [5:19-21] will from the flesh reap corruption. But he who sows to the Spirit [5:16-18, 22-24] will from the Spirit reap eternal life.

Here is the full text, which includes Paul’s most complete lists of who goes to heaven and who doesn’t, and most Christians are clearly not fully in the who-goes-to-heaven list, including most pastors.

16 But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you won’t fulfill the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, that you may not do the things that you desire. 18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

19 Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, 21 envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, 23 gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 Those who belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts.

25 If we live by the Spirit, let’s also walk by the Spirit. 26 Let’s not become conceited, provoking one another, and envying one another.

1 Brothers, even if a man is caught in some fault, you who are spiritual must restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; looking to yourself so that you also aren’t tempted. 2 Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. 3 For if a man thinks himself to be something when he is nothing, he deceives himself. 4 But let each man test his own work, and then he will take pride in himself and not in his neighbor. 5 For each man will bear his own burden.

6 But let him who is taught in the word share all good things with him who teaches. 9 Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up.

10 So then, as we have opportunity, let’s do what is good toward all men, and especially toward those who are of the household of the faith.

It’s crucial that we come to an understanding about what the Bible really teaches. Then we can become ONE in Him. “Then the world will know” (Jesus in John 17) — and we will be so happy!!!
We can lead the world into revival!

Joe Schimmel: The Great Deception—Once Saved, Always Saved

I'm Doubling My Salvation Bible Doctrine Challenge to $6,000!

Starting today, I’m doubling my $3,000 challenge, to now offer $6,000 to anyone who can refute my Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way, which now also includes “Who are the Children of God?”
Please spread the word. If I’m wrong, one of the hundreds of thousands who teach otherwise can cash in. But if not even one can, then why is anyone still teaching once-saved-always-saved or “it’s hard to lose one’s salvation” — the doctrines that are mainstream in ‘Christianity,’ today.
It’s time to get our act together. The consequences for those teaching false doctrine is even heavier than for those who believe what they say.

Let not many of you be teachers, my brothers, knowing that we will receive heavier judgment. (James 3:1)

We need to make sure we’re right. Our country is crumbling, steeped in false doctrine. Only sound Bible doctrine will help bring in the Third Great Awakening — real Christianity — full revival that will be so sweet!
Could it be that doctrines of demons rule the day, and this is why America is so sick?
ONE can happen — Jesus’ heartcry for us to be one with each other in Himself (John 17)!

My $6,000 Challenge! I will give $6,000 to anyone who can refute my “Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way” article

My "Who Goes to Heaven" article has been up for over 2.5 years — without refutation!

My article, Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way article [which now includes Who are the Children of God] has been online since January 14, 2008.
And it’s long been the number one hit in Google if you type in: <who goes to heaven>.
So it has been online for 2.5 years, and has been widely read, and no one can refute it even though I’m offering a monetary reward to anyone who can.
So why aren’t ‘churches’ dropping their false doctrines and teaching the truth so real revival can come?
It’s so clear!

How low does America have to fall before we teach what the Bible really says — before we come alive — ONE with each other in Christ! (Jesus’ heart-cry for us in John 17)

When will we wake up that: [music video] Seawind: The Devil Is A Liar — “Don’t let the Devil do his number on you, child
There is no longer any excuse.
Let’s for once be truly Biblical: right with God and each other so the Holy Spirit can come, indwelling our hearts with peace, joy and power!
But this power is power-under, not power over.

We must follow and be led by the Prince of Peace, under His authority, not the too often reverse-Christian globalist controlled Fox News channel: Is Murdoch’s NIV the ‘N’ew ‘I’lluminati ‘V’ersion? Has the Word of God Been Corrupted to Bring US Into the New World Order?

The Devil is a liar, but the Holy Spirit is life, peace and joy!

More of my research into Fox News and how they control the right with their globalist ‘Christian’ and etc. personalities can be seen at ToBeFree. See in particular these categories:

The Republican party has been almost totally hijacked, and the globalists do it through the naivety of ‘Christians,’ who aren’t learning the truth from their pastors — of whom most are Biblicaly disqualified to lead — which I’ll prove in an upcoming article.

The ‘church’ is the cause of the crash because we haven’t held up the standard. See The Red Gate Prophecy — What If I Open It Just a Little Bit?. We’ve let the sin into our own lives; though, we blame the homosexuals, the Muslims, the Democrats, etc. — when we’re responsible for the collapse of America.

Jesus in Matthew 7:3-5

Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but don’t consider the beam that is in your own eye? Or how will you tell your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye;’ and behold, the beam is in your own eye? You hypocrite! First remove the beam out of your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck out of your brother’s eye.

Do we still even care what Jesus says? I often wonder. Do evangelicals really care about what the Bible really says and about what the Holy Spirit is really saying?
Is Jesus really Lord of our lives; though, we say “Lord…”

Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will tell me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, didn’t we prophesy in your name, in your name cast out demons, and in your name do many mighty works?’ Then I will tell them, ‘I never knew you. Depart from me, you who work iniquity.’

– Jesus in Mat. 5:21-23

Important post at ToBeFree: Can Sarah Palin be a real, going-to-heaven Christian? "It's time we wake up!"

It’s important that we know what’s really going on. The deception is so great!
I wrote:

Can Sarah Palin be a real, going-to-heaven Christian? The answer is totally clear when you compare the following with what the Bible really says about who goes to heaven and who are the children of God: Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way | Who are the Children of God?

It’s becoming increasingly clear that the globalists are using Sarah Palin to keep the real patriots, like Ron Paul and others from gaining public support. See the links, below.

It’s very sad to me, an Alaskan and a Christian, that Sarah must not have learned enough about the globalists’ agenda and about what real Christianity is in the ‘churches’ she has attended in Wasilla.

And Todd, why don’t you stand up?

I’m convinced the main reason for the fall of America is the false doctrine in the ‘churches’ today….

Jesus tells us not to look, but our culture is taking off its clothes everywhere we look. What should we do? | An interesting exercise

Adultery in His Heart (Matthew 5.27–28)

In Matthew 5.27–28, Jesus says, “You have heard that it was said, ‘Do not commit adultery.’ But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”

If adultery begins in the heart, then a lot of us are adulterers.

But we don’t like to think of ourselves as adulterers. We usually rationalize our lust—what a strong word!—with the phrase, “I was only looking,” as if looking were a morally harmless activity. …

Is it just me, or does is seem like sex is everywhere in our visual media?

Consequently, we find ourselves in a bind: Jesus tells us not to look, but our culture is taking off its clothes everywhere we look. What should we do?

Martin Luther once said that you can’t stop a bird from flying overhead, but you can stop it from building a nest in your hair. In that spirit, I say, turn off the TV. Stop looking at those magazines (Maxim if you’re male, Cosmo if you’re female.) Avoid movies with gratuitous sex and nudity. And—here’s the important part—cultivate intimacy with your spouse.

You see, the main point of Jesus’ teaching isn’t just negative. Sure, he prohibits adultery and lust. But the prohibition is a negative means to a positive end….

—————-

An Interesting Exercise
Although I agree with most of what this author says, which is why I’m posting this, he then says this positive end is a satisfying marriage. Though, this may be true, Jesus was specifically talking about something far more important here, the part that the author left out. Jesus was specifically warning about losing our salvation!
Jesus’ entire statement on adultery in Matthew 5 is this (the left out portion is bolded.):

27 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery;’ 28 but I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart. 29 If your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish, than for your whole body to be cast into Gehenna. 30 If your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off, and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish, than for your whole body to be cast into Gehenna.

It’s very common for Bible teachers to leave out key parts of texts. If you know what the Bible really says about who goes to heaven, you’ll recognize this type of censorship being applied to sermons and teachings.
It’s important to read the Bible ourselves to make sure that what we’re being taught is true. And we can do this.
An interesting exercise is to learn especially these scriptures which say who goes to heaven, and then watch what happens when preachers and Bible teachers get near them. Most avoid them like the plague. It’s often predictable….
Hopefully, this will change soon, and the whole gospel will be preached, not just parts.
Hell is a horrendous price — as well as we’re forfeiting the joy of the Lord while we’re on this planet!
We could be on Cloud 9, together — now!!
It’s up to us.
We must be free to be free!

THE PATRISTIC INTERPRETATION of ROMANS 7:14-25 — The early church did not understand Romans 7:14-25 to teach the necessity of sin in believers

THE PATRISTIC INTERPRETATION of ROMANS 7:14-25

Part 1, The Early Christian Witness to the Arminian Interpretation

Daniel R. Jennings
Date Posted Dec. 4, 2009

For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I (Rom 7:14-15).

Perhaps no other verses have been the subject of such intense debate as the above passage. To the Calvinist this passage represents a never-ending struggle with sin which will inevitably end in failure until the day one dies. For the Arminian it represents the life of spiritual struggle that God wants to deliver mankind from via the experience of regeneration.

While the best way to interpret a passage will always be to allow Scripture to interpret Scripture there is also much to be gained by studying the ways that the early Christians who followed in the footsteps of the Apostles interpreted a passage. It will be the purpose of this article to examine the ancient Christian interpretation of Romans chapter seven. This paper incorporates information from A Dissertation Of The True And Genuine Sense Of The Seventh Chapter Of St. Paul’s Epistle To The Romans by James Arminius, along with new research.

An extensive search of Christian literature up until the fifth century revealed that prior to the fourth century no known Christian writer interpreted Romans seven in a Calvinistic manner. Rather, it was always understood up until that time to be either an unbeliever or, in one case, to describe a Christian who had evil desires that he did not want to have but never evil actions.

Throughout this paper I have focused only on those writers who commented directly upon Romans 7. There is a good amount of indirect testimony to this subject in the form of statements which indicate that various early Christian writers understood the Christian experience to be one that entailed complete victory over sin. These quotes have been left out for brevity sake but if included would add even more weight to the conclusion that no writer before the fourth century assigned the traditional Calvinistic interpretation to this passage.

The earliest existing writer to comment directly upon this passage was Irenaeus of Lyons (120-202) in the second century. In Against Heresies he connected Paul’s statement “that there dwells in my flesh no good thing” as typical of human infirmity which Jesus came to deliver men from [3:20:33]. In commenting upon the parable of the two sons in which one represented the repentant sinners of Jesus’ day, the other the unrepentant Pharisees (Matt 21:28-32) Irenaeus described the Pharisees using Romans 7 [4:36:8].

Clement of Alexandria (c.150-c.220), a North African Christian teacher, in Stromata, a refutation of Gnosticism, indicated his belief that when Paul emphasized the war between the law of God and the law of his mind (Rom 7:22-23) it was only to show that Jesus rescues men from this through salvation [3:76-78].

Tertullian (c.150-240), another North African Christian leader, indicated that the Holy Spirit makes men free from the law of sin and death in our members (Rom 7:23). After this experience of being set free, “Our members, therefore, will no longer be subject to the law of death, because they cease to serve that of sin, from both which they have been set free” [On The Resurrection Of The Flesh, Ch. 46]. Elsewhere he noted his understanding that Paul was referring in Romans 7 to his pre-Christian days as an unbelieving Jew stating that “even if he has affirmed that ‘good dwelleth not in his flesh,’ yet he means according to ‘the law of the letter,’ in which he ‘was’; but according to ‘the law of the Spirit,’ to which he annexes us, he frees us from the ‘infirmity of the flesh'”[On Modesty, Ch. 17].

[…]

In analyzing the early Christian understanding of Romans 7 it has become very clear that the early church did not understand this passage to teach the necessity of sin in believers, usually attributing to it the interpretation that it was a man who was striving to please God under the Law of Moses. In fact this interpretation was so prevalent that when discussing this passage around 415AD, Pelagius (c.350-c.420?) could write in his now lost work entitled Inv Defense Of The Freedom Of The Will, which is preserved by Augustine in On The Grace Of Christ And On Original Sin [1:43] that “that which you wish us to understand of the apostle himself, all Church writers assert that he spoke in the person of the sinner, and of one who was still under the law. . . .” Augustine, in his attempt to refute this statement of Pelagius, was unable to offer any church writers who disagreed with Pelagius.

Alex is speaking of the globalists who force-fluoridate the water, which absolutely is disgusting, causing numerous negative health effects including lowering IQ. And the fluoride they force-feed the people isn’t even food grade!

Alex calls himself a Christian even in this very show:

“I am a Christian. … I am someone who follows Christ. And I can feel God. I can literally feel the Energy Source. I have a relationship. Okay, and I’ve had experiences that I won’t get into on the air, in my life, that are just unbelievable.”

It’s not just about being born-again and having God inside. Those who are Christ’s have crucified their flesh” (Gal. 5). Going-to-heaven Christians abide in the Vine — so we can bear fruit that remains (Jesus in John 15), that isn’t poisoned.  See my article: Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way.

Jesus calls us to love our enemies, all people no matter what. This is the Second Greatest Commandment. We are called to love, not hate.

Hating evil is different from hating people.

It’s quite different to hate what is being done to our children and to hate the people who are doing it, literally under Satan’s control. These people are pawns of the Devil.

Expose the system. Expose the matrix, but “love all people” is Christ’s way.

Or we’re like them: demon-led haters — branches that will be thrown into the fire and burned (John 15).

The ends doesn’t justify the means.

Mike Bickle, Head of IHOP: From Porn to Worship "Within the Minute?" Yikes, Mike!

NOTE: I’ve always greatly appreciated Mike Bickle’s zeal and heart for God, and probably always will. I approve of much of what is happening at the IHOPU Student Awakening. They’re leading the way in so many right things, but there are some problems.

I bring this up not to put down, but so that we can do better — and better — until…

The goal is ‘ONE.’ Jesus wants us to be one with each other in Him (John 17). And the leaders at IHOP (International House of Prayer) have been calling for a Third Great Awakening. How can this happen in our midst when lust is rampant within the church?

I’m convinced that false doctrine is the main problem within the American church, and that false doctrine is the main thing keeping FULL revival, the Third Great Awakening from happening at IHOP and elsewhere.

“God accepts us no matter what” is a major theme at the IHOP Awakening meetings. For example: False, revival-killing, salvation doctrine at IHOP continues from IHOPU president, Allen Hood at the Awakening meetings 🙁

When people don’t get fully right with God and their brothers and sisters, it’s impossible to worship in Spirit and in truth. So many don’t want to worship God directly. So the “bless me, Lord”/”fill us, Lord,” telling-God-what-to-do songs continue to be standards, and direct-to-God worship is the exception rather than the rule — as it is done in heaven.

And IHOP actually has a reputation for being alive (Rev. 3:1-6), whereas most of the ‘church’ in America doesn’t even have that.

In order for the Third Great Awakening to occur, we must lift up HOLY hands to the Lord. And we must clothed in white (not willfully sinning sins like lust — see the who-will-not-inherit-the-kingdom list in Galatians 5, along with Hebrews 10:26-39) in order for our names to not be removed from the Book of Life (Rev. 3:1-6). This is serious!

‘Christians’ can go from porn to worship “within the minute,” but can a real Christian worship in Spirit and in truth within the minute after willfully sinning such a serious sin?

I think not. Something is wrong here. Mike means well. The Passion for Jesus Conference was about restoring the first commandment to first place. Mike’s heart is in the right place, no doubt. But it’s statements like this that people will just take as a license to just keep on lusting, never getting totally free from the lust demons that drive lust so they can relax in God to be able to worship in Spirit and in truth.

Transcribed by Jeff Fenske from IHOP’s Passion for Jesus conference, 4/8/10

Mike Bickle is speaking on part four of the Greatest Commandment, loving the Lord, our God with all of our strength.

Mike said we need to love on God’s terms, and he led a prayer so people would shift over to loving God being the greatest priority. And then he said:

“He’ll take you in your weakness. He’ll take you in your brokenness. He said, ‘I’ll take you just as you are. Just come with the intention to do this [focused on doing the greatest commandment].

And when you fail, admit it, confess it, push delete; jump back right in the race before the hour is up. Go hard again. No condemnation. Don’t waste a moment on condemnation. Push delete, and be there confident before God in love.

A guy says, ‘Oh, I like the pornography.’

Call it sin; repent of it; confess it before God; and be back within the minute as a lover of God with confidence that He enjoys the worship that you’re giving Him.

Don’t wallow for three or four weeks, or a couple of hours. No self probation. Don’t put yourself in probation. You have confidence before Him no matter what you did 20 minutes ago.

Holy Spirit, I ask you to come, right now, with fire. There’s some real setting of the heart going on with some of you, tonight. It’s a dynamic setting of your heart. Just change your life. Lord, release Your power right now. Fire, Lord. We’re here for passion for Jesus. That’s what we’re here for. We’re here to align our heart with You, Jesus. We’re in this for real till the end.”

But to align our hearts with God is to reject porn totally. This was good:

[Mike Bickle IHOP 3/08] Making a Purity Covenant: Seven Practical Commitments — The Lord will visit IHOP-KC with an open door of glory in the spirit and a door of ministry to the nations. When Jesus opens a door of glory to release more of His manifest presence then He requires more agreement with His heart (a higher standard of obedience). … This is a promise with a warning of judgment.

Mike Bickle: Making a Purity Covenant so the HOLY Spirit can come … to bless His heart — that we may be ONE!

What if God did release His fire, now, like Mike is asking God to?

Jesus said in Matthew 5 that we need to do everything we have to in order to not lust, so we can go to heaven. Lust isn’t an option for true believers. Watching porn is not a light thing that we can just do and then be worshiping within the minute.
We just gave into demon power. That demon won’t go unless there is full repentance — not repeatance. “Delete” has to be pushed really hard, fully pushed. The door has to be totally shut. The heart has to be settled. The prodigal son must come back. This is sick to even contemplate this scenario, thinking we can worship God within the minute.

Many will just take this as license….

John 4:

23 But the hour comes, and now is, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father seeks such to be his worshippers. 24 God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”

We can’t be hypocrites and worshipers.
From Mike Bickle’s OneThing 2009 Teaching Notes (pdf):

We measure our spiritual maturity by how much of the Sermon on the Mount we walk out in daily life. We measure our ministry impact by the extent to which people live out these values, not by the number of people who receive our ministry.”

Let’s determine to stay fully in the kingdom, our hearts totally pure, fully resting in His love.

1 John 2:

15 Don’t love the world, neither the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father’s love isn’t in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, isn’t the Father’s, but is the world’s. 17 The world is passing away with its lusts, but he who does God’s will remains forever. …

28 Now, little children, remain in him, that when he appears, we may have boldness, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

Galatians 5:

This is what we should be teaching. How to be really free, together, truly in Christ — resting — settled — where we belong.

Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way
All of my Lust Freedom! posts

False, revival-killing, salvation doctrine at IHOP continues from IHOPU president, Allen Hood at the Awakening meetings :(

From: ONEcanhappen
NOTE: I love IHOP! I’m a big fan! I’m listening to Jaye Thomas’ worship in their prayer room right now (the 5/5 archive). I believe that God is saying that IHOP is at the heart of what is right. But this, what I’ll talk about here, is a HUGE problem — as is its reverse probably THE solution!
I’m convinced that the false doctrine of eternal security, “once saved always saved” (OSAS) is thwarting the move of God that the wonderful people at IHOP are fighting for so valiantly.
This is almost universally a church-wide problem throughout America, so I’m not singling out IHOP. Almost every evangelical church either teaches eternal security outright, or something similar, like it’s hard to lose one’s salvation — though the Bible teaches just the opposite — as I’ve proven: Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way | Who are the Children of God? — “There is therefore now *no condemnation* to those who are IN CHRIST Jesus, who don’t WALK according to the flesh, but ACCORDING TO THE SPIRIT.”
This is my second post, showing the president of IHOPU teaching this serious false doctrine at the awakening meetings. This is my first: FALSE DOCTRINE: Why won’t Christian leaders even mention Hebrews 10:26? An IHOP example — so close and yet so far away — from full REVIVAL 🙁
It’s almost like friendly fire. IHOP is correctly pushing so hard to advance the kingdom, to draw near to God. They’re doing so many things right. But then the people are given this false hope that they don’t really have to overcome sin — which puts out the Holy Spirit fire. Once-saved-always-saved is a broken cistern that can’t hold water.
It’s almost like: “I’m okay; you’re okay. We don’t really need to fully repent. We can stay as we are.” But then God can’t fully come:

[Mike Bickle IHOP 3/08] Making a Purity Covenant: Seven Practical Commitments — The Lord will visit IHOP-KC with an open door of glory in the spirit and a door of ministry to the nations. When Jesus opens a door of glory to release more of His manifest presence then He requires more agreement with His heart (a higher standard of obedience). … This is a promise with a warning of judgment.

Mike Bickle: Making a Purity Covenant so the HOLY Spirit can come and we won’t get zapped … to bless His heart — that we may be ONE!

Isn’t eternal security the opposite of what Jonathan Edwards taught, which sparked the first Great Awakening — “Sinners in the hand of an angry God”? For the ‘church’ in America, today, going to hell isn’t even a possibility.
Most Bible teachers no longer teach the numerous warning scriptures that do apply to those who are born-again.
Jonathan Edwards wouldn’t even be allowed to speak today. He’s not evangelically correct.

False doctrine is what’s keeping the Third Great Awakening from happening.
But conversely, true doctrine, teaching the entire New Testament (not leaving out the many warning scriptures) can bring in the Third Great Awakening.
Who will lead us to worship in Spirit and in truth?
Paul said in Romans 8:

1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. … 4 that the ordinance of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. [Romans 8:1b is missing from the NIV and others: Is Murdoch’s NIV the ‘N’ew ‘I’lluminati ‘V’ersion? Has the Word of God Been Corrupted to Bring US Into the New World Order?]

12 So then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. 13 For if you live after the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God. 15 For you didn’t receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!” 16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God; 17 and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ; if indeed we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified with him.

Many other scriptures like these are highlighted at Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way. But here is what Allen taught, word for word. Why is his conclusion so incorrect?
Transcribed by Jeff Fenske from the IHOPU Student Awakening, 4/15/10
Allen Hood, President of IHOPU

Whether you feel like He loves you or not, beloved — if you’re wondering whether or not He loves you, tonight, I have good news for you. 2,000 years ago, He drove a stake into human history and displayed the depths of His love, that you might never have to guess again.

2,000 years ago, when we rejected Him, when we scorned the one sent to us in love, He forgave us on that cross — even when we were killing Him; even when we were rejecting the Lord of glory, He said, ‘Father, forgive them, they know not what they do.’

What do you do with a God Who even when you reject Him and kill Him, He fights for you in love and chooses to forgive you?

And you wonder whether or not He’s forgiven you of the last five years. You wonder whether or not He’s forgiven you for last week or yesterday.”

My assessment:
Jesus didn’t say to those killing and mocking him, in the first person: “your sins are forgiven.” Rather, He said: “Father, [You] forgive them, for they know not what they do.” This wasn’t when we were forgiven, nor were most of them. The curse was even on their children, right?
Jesus was doing what Stephen did and what we should be doing — asking God to forgive our enemies.
When Stephen was stoned, he cried: “Lord, don’t hold this sin against them,” that doesn’t mean that those who stoned Stephen were forgiven, but Stephen wanted them to be. He prayed that they would be.
Though still God, Jesus came to earth, putting aside His supernatural powers (Philippians 2). He was led by the Holy Spirit and empowered by the Holy Spirit just as we should be. See: A Call to Intimacy: The Holy Spirit in John’s Gospel & Epistles. At seminary, D.A. Carson gave me an A- for this paper; though, he taught just the opposite, having even written against the Vineyard movement.
Yes, Jesus chose to forgive, just as Stephen chose to forgive, just as we are supposed to forgive. But this has nothing to do with whether we stand forgiven today.
There is only ‘no condemnation’ when we are actually in Christ Jesus:

1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

13 For if you live after the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God.

The reason most ‘Christians’ feel condemnation is because they are condemned because of willfully sinning sins that lead to death (Hebrews 10:26-39). Most live in Paul’s who-doesn’t-inherit-the-kingdom list in Galatians 5. See: Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way | Who are the Children of God? — “There is therefore now *no condemnation* to those who are IN CHRIST Jesus, who don’t WALK according to the flesh, but ACCORDING TO THE SPIRIT.”
Whose names will not be removed from the Book of Life, according to Jesus in Rev. 3:1-6?
‘ONE’ will happen when we are truly in Christ, together. And false doctrine, once-saved-always-saved (and similar) is the main thing keeping ‘ONE’ from happening — Jesus’ heart-cry for us.
OSAS is a doctrine of demons that church leaders and others pray (James-3 curse) that people will accept. And these demons in ‘Christians’ reinforce this false doctrine so hardly anyone is even willing to research what the Bible really says on who goes to heaven, really.

Incidentally, why do you think hardly anyone wants to study this, the most important topic, in order to totally make sure…?

Why did Paul say “work out your salvation through fear and trembling,” and so many preachers and ‘Christians’ just totally blow this off?

This is part of the great deception — ‘Christians’ James-3 cursing [praying — see my ‘Christians’ cursing people posts] that people believe their doctrines without question. And most of the people just fall into line.

Wouldn’t you say it behooves us to absolutely make sure!

Break out of the trance.

Because of willful sin that opens the doors, and because demon driven people are praying (James-3-cursing) all kinds of demon-driven prayers on people, most ‘Christians’ are inhabited by demons that not only drive them to do what is forbidden, but also keep them from peacefully, in rest, researching the truth — so we can be free!

The Didache (70-100 AD): Reconciliation was required to attend early church meetings! "Let no one who is at odds with his fellow come together with you, until they be reconciled, that your sacrifice may not be profaned."

[updated & expanded 7/21/23; originally posted on 12/20/09.]

Is The Didache a blueprint for the way churches should be?

This is one of the writings of “the early Christian fathers” that I especially liked. It’s big on unity!

What if we compare The Didache to what is practiced in today’s ‘churches?’

But every Lord’s day gather yourselves together, and break bread, and give thanksgiving after having confessed your transgressions, that your sacrifice may be pure. But let no one who is at odds with his fellow come together with you, until they be reconciled, that your sacrifice may not be profaned.

Is there even one ‘church’ in America that requires reconciliation? How many pastors have fully reconciled so they’re qualified to lead?

The Didache mentions prophets being a common leadership ministry in the late first century church (like Ephesians 4:11). Where are they in today’s churches?

The Didache also has “the way of death” list that is similar to Paul’s “will not inherit the Kingdom” list in Galatians 5.

I also include their 2-day fasting standard to challenge especially myself, again.

Though The Didache didn’t make the canon, the cut to be in the Bible, it clearly deserves a careful look.

[WordPOWER!] James: Demons WITHIN drive ‘Christians’ to curse people. "If you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition IN YOUR HEART" you’re probably a James-3 curser. If so, "don’t lie against the truth." Instead, be a PEACEMAKER, "for they shall be called children of God" – Jesus

My comments on the left and in the text, within brackets

James 3 [WEB]:

1 Let not many of you be teachers, my brothers, knowing that we will receive heavier judgment. 2 For in many things we all stumble. If anyone doesn’t stumble in word, the same is a perfect man, able to bridle the whole body also. 3 Indeed, we put bits into the horses’ mouths so that they may obey us, and we guide their whole body. 4 Behold, the ships also, though they are so big and are driven by fierce winds, are yet guided by a very small rudder, wherever the pilot desires.

According to James, when ‘Christians’ wish evil on people they’re clearly driven by Hell, itself.

5 So the tongue is also a little member, and boasts great things. See how a small fire can spread to a large forest! 6 And the tongue is a fire. The world of iniquity among our members is the tongue, which defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature, and is set on fire by Gehenna [HELL – KJV]. 7 For every kind of animal, bird, creeping thing, and thing in the sea, is tamed, and has been tamed by mankind. 8 But nobody can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison.

A spring can either produce fresh or bitter water — not both. ‘Christians’ can’t curse people and also bless God in Spirit and in truth. Such ‘Christians’ are hypocrites (v. 17).

9 With it we [‘Christians’ – ed.] bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who are made in the image of God. 10 Out of the same mouth comes forth blessing and cursing. My brothers, these things ought not to be so. 11 Does a spring send out from the same opening fresh and bitter water? 12 Can a fig tree, my brothers, yield olives, or a vine figs? Thus no spring yields both salt water and fresh water.

When ‘Christians’ have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in their hearts, this isn’t from the Holy Spirit, but demons.

13 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by his good conduct that his deeds are done in gentleness of wisdom. 14 But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition IN YOUR HEART, don’t boast and don’t lie against the truth. 15 This wisdom is NOT that which comes down from above, but is earthly, sensual, and DEMONIC. 16 For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed.

17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. 18 Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

Jesus in Matthew 5:

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God.

————

It’s also interesting how jealousy is in Paul’s who-does-NOT-go-to-heaven list in Galatians 5. James calls it bitter jealousy, which is probably also the case in Paul’s list.
And hatred is a key component to James-3-cursing.

And Paul’s who-goes-to-heaven list, that follows, is very similar in terminology to what James says in verses 17 and 18 of James 3.

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, 23 gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 Those who belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts.

Prophecy Given to Stephen Quayle at 2:45 AM, November 1, 2008

November 4, 2008
For as I live saith the Lord – My eyes are upon the righteous who speak out against the evil that permeates your land. My destroying angels are soon to be released against the false shepherds and pastors, wolves in my church who have been silent against the slaughter of the infants in the womb, and the sodomy that permeates the land. They have fed themselves and lived extravagantly at the expense of my sheep neither have they bound up the broken hearted nor healed the sick. They have abandoned the widows and orphans and turned a willing blind eye to the downtrodden and the homeless.
As my servant Peter stated in my Holy Word — judgement begins at the house of God, Know– this day– that the decree has gone forth from my lips to let the judgement of the false shepherds and prophets begin.
My children whom I have redeemed, you can no longer stay silent and expect to be delivered and protected from the evil one, “For who is on the Lords side let him come to me” “Let the redeemed of the Lord say so”!
The false shepherds, pastors and wolves who turn a blind eye to the reality of my judgement upon the lands and who have continually rejected my signs and warnings will soon see their temples of mammon totally destroyed.
To those men and women who think their retirement years will be lived out in certainty and passive enjoyment, I will tell you what lies ahead – uncertainty, worry, fear and dread with multiplied anxiety as your money utterly fails. Your protection and provision will be provided for you by taking a stand for righteousness and taking up the cause of the hopeless and the helpless and looking to me in faith to provide for all your needs through Heavens bounty.
The enemy of men’s souls – the destroyer has taken your eyes off me and my promises through the seducing spirits of self gratification, apathy, indifference and fear! All of the enemies tactics and manifestations through their mouthpieces are designed to lead you to both physical and eternal destruction. The fear of death and the ridicule of demons has silenced too many of my children for too long. But as I warn you, I urge you to call out to me for the deliverance of the “fear of man” and the “fear of death”.
Those who claim to know me and assume to be a member of my flock – cease your ridicule of my warnings and mocking my prophets and my watchmen as I will deal with you harshly in order to keep you from the second death and eternal damnation. The fearful and the cowardly along with the scoffers and mockers unless they repent go into the lake of fire along with all those who think that He who created the sight and hearing of mankind does not see the actions and excuses and hear the hearts and thoughts of all men.
For as I have declared– that the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward me!

My 1990 Key-to-Revival Prophecy: “There is might and there is power and there isglory, but it is being withheld until these relationships are made right, until we love our brother enough to…”

I have to say that I’m kind of flabbergasted, and for sure, disappointed, but at least it’s out in the open now. And this is partly what has encouraged me to finally, officially launch My $6,000 Challenge! I will give $6,000 to anyone who can refute my Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way article.

Background:

I am convinced that once-saved-always-saved (OSAS or eternal security) is The Great Deception and the main reason for the fall of real Christianity and the fall of America. I have written Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way | Who are the Children of God?, which no one has been able to refute, and is basically the opposite of what was taught in Anchorage one week ago, in the church that at one time used to be so into holiness.

I attended part of Abbott Loop Community Church‘s Sunday service on 2/28/10. For the first time, ever, I heard from the pulpit once-saved-always-saved taught as fact. It was just a side-note to the message on wisdom, but it’s plain as day. According to Joshua Tanner, a born-again Christian “can have sexual immorality,” “lie and steal,” and Jesus will accept him into heaven. He just doesn’t get his “gift.”

Here is my transcription from the podcast, Call to Character – Wisdom (starting at minute-37), head pastor Joshua Tanner speaking [he was actually joking around quite a bit and impersonating goofy voices, which is part of the reason for the congregation laughing. But this is no laughing matter].
Josh starts out well, saying:

“What they ought to be: you love correction enough to first even look at the Word and say ‘my life’s not in alignment.'”

But then he says:

“Not go: [in a goofy voice] ‘It doesn’t really mean that I can’t have sexual immorality, and I can’t live, you know and lie and steal, and do whatever I want. It doesn’t really mean that. Grace, it’s all covered by the grace of God. I can do whatever I want. I’m going to stand before Jesus and He’s going to love me anyway.’

Yeah, He is going to love you. And He took all judgment on you for all those decisions you’re going to make. But you know what you’re going to do: live a powerish, lame, weak life. You’re going to stand before God and He’s going to go, ‘why? [in a goofy voice] Ohhhh. No gift for you [congregation laughs]. [Josh laughs] Right.

Like, ‘over to the healing leaves. You go to the healing leaves.’ That’s in Revelation. I don’t know what those are, but there’s the healing leaves for the saints.

[goofy voice] ‘Oh sweet Lord. I don’t know why I was so foolish, mmmm. I had all the truth I could ever want. Those healing leaves, healing leaves. Man, these things don’t smell good. Why, Lord?’ [congregation laughing]”

My $6,000 Challenge! I will give $6,000 to anyone who can refute my "Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way" article

My $6,000 Challenge!

I will now [as of 9/8/10] give $6,000 to anyone who can refute my Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way | Who are the Children of God? article.

There is no time to be low key about this any more. I am convinced that once-saved-always-saved (OSAS) has all but destroyed the church in America — and America, itself! And many are going to hell having been taught they are going to heaven.

And this is the message that Americans have spread throughout the world! This is so serious — and tragic beyond belief!!

But there is a remedy: sound doctrine returning to the land — which I think will lay the necessary groundwork so the Third Great Awakening can revive the church in America and throughout the world!

I have made this offer before, first $500, then $1,000, in comments in this site. I didn’t want to present it front and center for a number of reasons. The main reason is that I thought I could get deluged with challenges that would take more time than I have to keep up with. I also wanted to be certain that God wanted me to take this step.

I believe I have the go-ahead, and $1,500 [now $3,000 $6,000] is a figure that is more than I would have wanted to venture. I’m pretty much a paycheck to paycheck kind of guy. But it’s also a sum that will make the challenge more worthwhile to take on.

If this study really is faulty, it would be easy for theologians to refute it and collect an easy $1,500 $3,000 $6,000, right? But if this study is truly sound, then why is once-saved-always-saved (and similar: “it’s hard to lose one’s salvation”) taught almost universally throughout America and the world — in seminaries, churches, on radio (including the songs) and TV?

Have millions of Americans been brainwashed into believing a false doctrine that has literally brought America to the brink — and we’re bringing down many nations with us? The Red Gate Prophecy — What If I Open It Just a Little Bit? explains how ‘Christians’ willful sin is destroying America — not the liberals, etc..

I am convinced that once saved, always saved (and similar) is the number one doctrine that is destroying the church in America, and is keeping real Christianity from happening, so that I’m willing to make this offer.

Now, what are the conditions?

• This offer is only to the first person who can successfully refute my article.

• Who is the jury? You are. If someone is successful, it will be evident to all, for I won’t delete any challenges that give me a run for the money. If comments are lengthy, I reserve the right to delete them (with notation), because I can’t overload the comment section of a post with super long comments. However, if the comments are too long, perhaps it would work to post lengthy comments in their own post. We’ll see. If your comments are at all long, will you please post them under this article, not at Who-Goes-To-Heaven…? I’m not sure what my options are if I get tons of comments, especially if they are long. This was one of my hesitations in more boldly presenting this challenge. But so far, no one has taken me up on it, so it’s possible that when people read what these scriptures say, they’ll realize there is no way to refute what is so clearly fact.

Also, please feel free to read the many comments under Who-Goes-To-Heaven… and the related articles, especially:

Joe Schimmel: The Great Deception—Once Saved, Always Saved

Dan Corner Interview: The Believer’s Conditional Security

• I’m personally into the truth, whatever it is. If someone does successfully refute this article, then I will embrace the truth. I don’t think it’s possible to refute this, but we’ll see. I have looked at this from so many angle, and have been led by the Holy Spirit (Whom Jesus said is supposed to lead us into all truth) on a number of occasions to help me. I had a very significant dream about 20 years ago, and this is also a prime example: Let Us Be ONE — a 34-part prophecy.

• Also, I haven’t made a succinct conclusion. I’m not going to say precisely where the line is in who goes to heaven. I present scriptures that are pretty clear in themselves, and together, they present the picture.

• If one, or perhaps a few of my quotations can be shown to not apply to salvation, I would like to know this, but that isn’t refuting the entire article. In order to collect the money, the challenger would have to demonstrate that the gist of this presentation is not on track. You would have to successfully demonstrate that the main idea that I’m presenting here isn’t true regarding who actually goes to heaven, biblically.

• I have never done this kind of thing before and I’m not a legal expert, so if I’m leaving something out here that I shouldn’t have, I reserve the right to be able to correct this error. This is out in the open, so you all will be able to witness the progression of events.

• I should also say that I’ll probably be making small changes to this post and some changes to my Who-Goes-To-Heaven article. But its theme has been basically the same in the more than three years it’s been up. Changes have mainly been in adding additional material.

• It really does appear that no one will be able to refute my article. Please pray about how you can help these truths become mainstream. And I’m open to comments and suggestions. We can no longer be crippled by the doctrine that Martin Luther made popular, based mainly upon Paul’s introductory comments, ignoring the meat of what Jesus, Paul and many other New Testament teachers taught. Luther even knew his doctrine wasn’t biblically cogent: Martin Luther’s Subordinate Bible Books: Hebrews, James, Jude & Revelation.

• If you read Who-Goes-To-Heaven…, you’ll see that I believe that the Bible teaches that liars can’t go to heaven. So I’m especially not going to do anything deceptive here to get out of paying out the $1,500 $3,000 $6,000 to someone who really deserves it. So feel free to contact your pastors, seminary professors, biblical scholars. It’s time to get this issue settled, to crucify once and for all OSAS, eternal security and “It’s hard to lose one’s salvation.”

• Also, I reserve the right to discontinue this offer if I do end up getting swamped with challenges. But if I pull the offer, it won’t be because someone successfully succeeded in challenging me. I have a lot to do besides this. I’m not making any money from my labor at these sites. I’m doing this solely to help get the word out, so real Christianity can finally happen at the group level, and so the percentage of who goes to heaven skyrockets! And ONE can happen so the Pete Townshends know!
We need revival!!!

I would appreciate your prayers. This theology upsets the apple cart, to say the least. Many ‘Christians’ (especially pastors) really do James-3 curse people who challenge their comfort zone. I have an entire category on just this subject, which is really a serious, little-understood epidemic. And those who have taught once saved, always saved (and similar) for years know should be worried about the serious trouble they are in. But the point is to find out now, while we still have time to get real Christianity going, despite what happens to our world as we know it.

The hour is late, the need is great. Business as usual will not do anymore.

God bless! May we all come to the knowledge of the truth. ONE can happen (Jesus’ heart-cry for us in John 17). “Then the world will know.” Now, the world smells a stinky rat.
We can do better. We can be ONE with each other, truly in Him!

Could it be that when the real gospel is preached to the whole world, then the end will come. I think it will become evident that what we’ve spread around the world is largely a false gospel — deceiving many from America.

The world deserves to hear and see the real thing!

We need to get this very important doctrine finally right!

Let’s be ONE!

Sincerely,

Jeff Fenske

Who-Goes-To-Heaven Scriptures — Narrow is the Way | Who are the Children of God?

Lose your empathy and you've lost your soul — your salvation! Republicans still support Bush's torture and murder of about two million innocents.

Jesus in Matthew 5:

3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.

4 Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.

5 Blessed are the gentle, for they shall inherit the earth.

6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled.

7 Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.

8 Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.

9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God.

If You Want To Lose Your Soul
Blindly Support Your Government
– Right Or Wrong

By J. Speer-Williams
3-6-10

A soul-less being has no empathy for others. Lose your empathy, and you’ve lost your soul.
There is a “great divide” forming amongst mankind, and it’s often war that most often triggers that divide.
Once a combat soldier kills a defenseless non-combatant, he either likes it or feels remorse. If he likes it, he kills more non-combatants, many more. If he feels remorse, he’s likely to kill more non-combatants to anesthetized or deaden his feelings of moral anguish for having initially killed an innocent human being. In either case, such wanton killing is encouraged by “command intention,” from above, for a variety of reasons; but mainly, it’s done to spread the contagion of universal madness: a people without empathy.
In such a mad society, Israeli citizens justify burning alive Palestinian children, while American republicans still support Bush’s torture and murder of about two million innocents, and democrats overlook Obama’s expanded war and torture in Iraq, Afghanistan, and now Pakistan.
Soon our madness – absence of empathy – spreads throughout the Middle East, and then around the world in the form of justifying or overlooking all governmental crimes as we are now emotionally invested in them, with our lack of empathy.
A lack of empathy blinds human beings to justice, liberty, and personal discernment, rendering them soulless – a major reason for all wars.

Joe Schimmel: The Great Deception—Once Saved, Always Saved

The meaning of “Grace” (χαρις) in the Bible: It’s not what you think? — ‘Grace’ is God giving us the Holy Spirit Who gives us the POWER TO OVERCOME SIN!

Many teach that grace is simply God’s unmerited favor. They say: “salvation = grace  + nothing.” But, according to Paul “the grace teacher,” grace has a much fuller meaning.
Grace isn’t just what Jesus did for us on the cross. Grace is God giving us the Holy Spirit, Who enables us and gives us the POWER TO OVERCOME sin. And overcome, we must (Rev. 21:7-8 & many other scriptures).
Steve Hill says: Jesus didn’t set us free to sin; He set us free from sin.”
Paul teaches in Titus 2:

11 For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, 12 instructing us to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we would live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present world; 13 looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ; 14 who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify for himself a people for his own possession, zealous for good works.

The meaning of “Grace” (χαρις) in the Bible

“Against a still common view it must be stated that in Paul χαρις [the Greek word for grace – ed.] does not mean primarily a divine attribute (Wobbe, Charis-Gedanke, 32). It does not mean, in good Greek fashion, God’s graciousness, nor concetely his free love (Taylor). It almost always means the power of salvation which finds expression in specific gifts, acts, and spheres and which is even individualized in the charismata.” —Ernst Käsemann, Commentary on Romans, trans. G. Bromiley (Grand Rapids: Eerdmans, 1980), p. 14.

In Paul … χαρις is never merely an attitude or disposition of God (God’s character as gracious); consistently it denotes something much more dynamic—the wholly generous act of God. Like ‘Spirit,’ with which it overlaps in meaning (cf., e.g., [Rom] 6:14 and Gal 5:18), it denotes effective divine power in the experience of men.” —James D.G. Dunn, Romans 1-8 (Dallas: Word Books, 1988), p. 17.

[…]

Naturally, the various meanings of the word were simply taken over from ordinary language by the New Testament writers. And so it is quite illegitimate to try to construct on the basis of all the occurrences of the word a single doctrine that will account for all the various usages. That one word could express both “charm of speech” and “thankfulness for blessings” was doubtless felt to be a mere accident, if it was thought of at all. But none the less, the very elasticity of the word enabled it to receive still another—new and technically Christian—meaning. This seems to have originated in part by fusing together two of the ordinary significances.

In the first place, as in (e) above, charis may mean “a gift.” In 1 Corinthians 16:3; 2 Corinthians 8:19 it is the money given by the Corinthians to the Jerusalemites. In 2 Corinthians 9:8 it is the increase of worldly goods that God grants for charitable purposes. In 2 Corinthians 1:15 it is the benefit received by the Corinthians from a visit by Paul. In a more spiritual sense charis is the endowment for an office in the church (Ephesians 4:7), more particularly for the apostolate (Romans 1:5; 12:3; 15:15; 1 Corinthians 3:10; Ephesians 3:2,7). So in 1 Corinthians 1:4-7 charis is expanded into “word and all knowledge,” endowments with which the Corinthians were especially favored. In 1 Peter 1:13 charis is the future heavenly blessedness that Christians are to receive; in 3:7 it is the present gift of “life.”

In the second place, charis is the word for God’s favor, a sense of the term that is especially refined by St. Paul (see below). But God’s favor differs from man’s in that it cannot be conceived of as inactive. A favorable “thought” of God’s about a man involves of necessity the reception of some blessing by that man, and “to look with favor” is one of the commonest Biblical paraphrases for “bestow a blessing.” Between “God’s favor” and “God’s favors” there exists a relation of active power, and as charis denoted both the favor and the favors, it was the natural word for the power that connected them. This use is very clear in 1 Corinthians 15:10, where Paul says, “not I, but the grace of God which was with me” labored more abundantly than they all: grace is something that labors. So in 2 Corinthians 12:9, “My grace is sufficient for thee: for my power is made perfect in weakness”; compare 2 Timothy 2:1, “strengthened in the grace,” and 1 Peter 4:10, “stewards of the manifold grace.” Evidently in this sense “grace” is almost a synonym for the Spirit, and there is little real difference between “full of the Holy Spirit” and “full of grace and power in Acts 6:5,8, while there is a very striking parallel between Ephesians 4:7-13 and 1 Corinthians 12:4-11, with “gifts of grace” in the one passage, and “gifts of the Spirit” in the other. And this connection between grace and the Spirit is found definitely in the formula “Spirit of grace” in Hebrews 10:29 (compare Zechariah 12:10).

FALSE DOCTRINE: Why won't Christian leaders even mention Hebrews 10:26? An IHOP example — so close and yet so far away — from full REVIVAL :(

I LOVE the IHOPU Student Awakening, but could it be that one hugely false doctrine is keeping this move from becoming the catalyst for the Third Great Awakening — what they are so fervently calling for — what we so desperately need?
It’s God’s heart to come in His manifest presence, but we must be right….

So close and yet so far away from what Hebrews 10:26-39 fully says.

The president of IHOPU, Allen Hood, mentions Hebrews 10:29 without stating verse 26 at all, coming to the opposite conclusion that the writer of Hebrews did:

“…there’s that willful disobedience where you have grace as licentiousness, that’s caused you to be presumptuous and over-familiar with the wrong view of the love of God, what we call ‘sloppy grace,’ that doesn’t understand the cost of your sin — that causes you to run quickly to God, but you don’t tremble on the inside. You don’t tremble, understanding that your sin took Jesus to the cross.

You don’t understand that every time you enter into willful disobedience [Hebrews 10:26] you trample overfoot the Son of God [Hebrews 10:29], again and again and again. You don’t tremble on the inside. …

You need to know something. If Jesus in His love doesn’t bear the wrath of God for you, the Bible tells us He will dispense it upon you. But He will not ignore unforgiven sin.

And so I notice that we give altar calls and we call people up, and they get rid of their shame and they don’t change the way they dress. We call people up; they get rid of their shame; they receive the love of God again because He’s so kind! He even received you after you trampled Him again. You received the love of God and then you dressed the same way to put out the signals of the old life you used to live. What’s up with that?

You talk the same way. You give the same signals, as if His love wasn’t so holy and precious — the thousandth time He forgave you. Why do you dress the same way? Why do you talk the same way? And yet you really felt His love. Is it because you really don’t tremble anymore when you run to the altar?

And thus you are forgiven tonight but you’re not clean [This is the EXACT OPPOSITE of what Hebrews 10:26-39 and many other scriptures clearly say], because you have a fortress of darkness of over-familiarity with God [this over-familiarity is mostly because 99+% of church leaders aren’t teaching the full gospel. They’re omitting key texts. In this case, Allen is teaching the truth about Hebrews 10:29 without even mentioning the clear concept in verse 26].

You have a fortress built up in you, but it’s not shame. It’s actually willful disobedience [for which verse 26 says…].”

– Allen Hood, President of IHOPU

Hebrews 10:26-39

26 For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more a sacrifice for sins, 27 but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and a fierceness of fire which will devour the adversaries. 28 A man who disregards Moses’ law [old covenant] dies without compassion on the word of two or three witnesses. 29 How much worse punishment, do you think, will he be judged worthy of, who has trodden under foot the Son of God, and has counted the blood of the covenant with which he was sanctified [new covenant] an unholy thing, and has insulted the Spirit of grace?
30 For we know him who said, “Vengeance belongs to me,” says the Lord, “I will repay.” Again, “The Lord will judge his people.” 31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. 32 But remember the former days, in which, after you were enlightened, you endured a great struggle with sufferings; 33 partly, being exposed to both reproaches and oppressions; and partly, becoming partakers with those who were treated so. 34 For you both had compassion on me in my chains, and joyfully accepted the plundering of your possessions, knowing that you have for yourselves a better possession and an enduring one in the heavens.
35 Therefore don’t throw away your boldness, which has a great reward. 36 For you need endurance so that, having done the will of God, you may receive the promise. 37 “In a very little while, He who comes will come, and will not wait. 38 But the righteous will live by faith. [Rom. 1:17; Gal. 3:11] If he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him.” 39 But we are not of those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the saving of the soul.

“Beloved, grace has nothing to do with freedom to sin.

Grace has nothing to do with a fresh start every week so you can continue living the way you lived before.

Grace is the power to be free from sin.
Grace is the power to live clean.
Grace is the power to live holy.

‘What then shall we sin?
By no means!’

Salvation is not about being rescued [from] hell,
it’s about being saved from sin —
to be possessed by God.
Hell was never created for human beings in the first place.
It was for the Devil and his angels.

Beloved, Jesus came to rescue you from sin,
and do you trample on His grace by receiving forgiveness and mercy,
and day after day, you go back like a dog to its vomit?

Where is the evidence of His grace in your life?
It’s not about fire insurance.
It’s about a transformation in the inside.
It’s about being possessed by the Spirit of holiness.

Examine yourself to see if you are in the faith.
Examine yourself to see if you are in the faith.”
